Spider-Man defeats the Sinister Six members one-by-one, mocking their decision to battle him individually instead of as a team in front of Doctor Octopus, the last one to be defeated.
Spider-Man, Silver Sable, and Black Widow defeated the “Sinister Six” Avengers. Rhino faced of with Sable and Spider-Man and got the upper hand, threatening to kill Sable by flooding the base or thwarting Doc Ock.
The final member of the original Sinister Six is Flint Marko, better known as Sandman, who first appeared in Lee and Ditko's Amazing Spider-Man #4. For his part, Sandman tries to suffocate Spidey by entrapping him in an air-tight space and essentially challenging the hero to hold his breath longer than his captor.
By far the most brutal death is when Deadpool kills Spider-Man while wearing the Venom symbiote. Deadpool uses the symbiote's ability to bypass Peter's spider-sense in order to ambush him. He then quickly overpowers Spider-Man, and horrifyingly, eats his brain while Peter is completely helpless to stop him.

Who killed Deadpool?
As you all know, Wolverine kills Deadpool at the end of X-Men Origins:Wolverine, but somehow Deadpool returns around 30 or so years in the movie timeline later for 2 more solo movies and another one upcoming.
