Stephen Strange - will easily beat Wanda Maximoff if they were to fight. As seen in WandaVision, Wanda is unaware of her powers and their limitations. She has yet to realise the full extent of her chaos magic.

All in all MCU Scarlet Witch is incredibly powerful…. Unfortunately there are levels here and Strange Supreme has proven to be on a much much much higher level of power and supremacy..
Thus, it seems Doctor Manhattan has the clear edge in even a fight that would literally shred the very fabric of reality. No matter what the Scarlet Witch did, Doctor Manhattan would retain clear perceptions of what was going on and be unaffected by Wanda's manipulations.
Scarlet Witch doesn't like to go all out with her powers too much but she'll definitely make an exception against the Hulk. He's just too dangerous for her to mess around with, so she'll do what she has to do take him out as quickly as possible.

Although he is an extremely skilled marksman, Clint Barton is often considered to be the weakest member of the team seeing as he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow. That certainly means that Hawkeye one of the weakest Avengers.
Hercules is considered the physically strongest character in the whole marvel universe. Literally the strongest, even over characters such as Thor, Hulk, and the Destroyer.

With the Phoenix Force, Jean Grey is an Omega level mutant, meaning there is simply no limit to what she can accomplish, and though the Scarlet Witch would certainly put up a strong, mind-bending fight, Jean Grey would likely take the victory during this huge battle.
Even if she did have that kind of control, Raven's power was on-par with her father Trigon, who could easily destroy the universe with 1/10th of his power. At full strength, Scarlet Witch had nothing that could top that.

No one has any memory of the old world, except for Wolverine. Logan is the only person in the world who is apparently immune to the global mind wipe that follows Scarlet Witch's bending of reality.
In the MCU, Loki is clearly more powerful. Wanda can only project her astral form into other branches, but Loki is maintaining all branches at once. He's returned the multiverse to its true original form of the world-tree Yggdrassil. Not just maintaining them, but can likely kill off branches at will.
Wanda does have reality warping powers but ghost rider showed in war for heaven part 2 that he's completely immune to warping of reality which basically makes her powers useless and ghost rider has some of the most painful ways of attacking people.
However, Odin and Mjolnir may still have the last laugh since, by negating the spell, the Scarlet Witch could potentially remove the hammer's ability to grant its wielders Thor's power. So, while she could technically lift Mjolnir, Wanda might just end up turning Thor's mighty hammer into an extra-heavy paperweight!
Without any superpowers, Batman is at a massive disadvantage as he would have to rely on his combat prowess to best Wanda. However, he would have a hard time getting close before she shreds through his armor with a massive blast of energy.
Although Wonder Woman is the daughter of Zeus, another unfathomable entity, her brute strength and tireless determination is no match for Scarlet Witch. No, to be crystal clear, Wanda can vaporize Diana with a single snap of her fingers.
