He threw Gamora to her death, and not even the Infinity Stones can turn back a Soul Stone sacrifice, so she did not return to life with the rest of the people who had been killed by Thanos' snap.
Should be Gamora. It's kinda inconsistent, but she does (sometimes) have super human strength, which puts her far beyond Natasha. Gamora, obviously, and is not quite a fair fight as she demonstrated some superhuman feats too iirc, that put her well above Black Widow.

Why couldn't the Avengers go back in time and get Black Widow? Because her fate was inextricably linked to the Soul Stone and they didn't have any more Pym Particles.

Given that Yelena Belova hasn't been domesticated by the Avengers and has gotten used to a more easy life in the United States, she still seems to favor more brutal methods. While Natasha wasn't averse to taking someone out as needed, Yelena seems to go for lethal methods far more quickly.
One we know for sure that can easily overpower her is Bucky Barnes AKA the Winter Soldier. He once shot right through Natasha on a mission to get to a target, leaving her with one of the only visible scars she has in the movies.

Is Black Widow alive if the soul stone is returned?
In the end of Endgame, Captain America had to return the Soul Stone, but did that revive Black Widow? No. Red Skull does not say that returning the stone could revive the dead people. Gamora and Black Widow are still dead, and their heads were bleeding.
We know that the Russian-born Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) was trained as a spy/assassin in a secretive academy known as the Red Room, which disguised itself as a ballet school. All the "Black Widows" were sterilized, so Natasha is unable to bear children.
The relationship between Bruce Banner and Black Widow was unique to the MCU. While their romance never really took off, it was clear they had feelings for one another, and those feelings made Natasha the only one who could calm down the Hulk - but her MCU lullaby doesn't work at all in the comics.
