When an argument reveals that Chucky had no intention of marrying her, an outraged and hurt Tiffany confines him in a playpen and taunts him with a Wedding Belle doll. Chucky breaks out of the pen and electrocutes Tiffany in her bath, killing her.
After she angers him, Chucky kills Tiffany, and transfers her soul into a female doll. The duo then goes on a cross-country rampage, during which they have sex.
However, Chucky decides to remain a doll, seeing that being human is not so great. Disturbed by this, Tiffany leaves Chucky, taking Glen with her, causing Chucky to get angry. Tiffany and Glen go to Jennifer's hospital. Chucky follows them and hits her in the head with an axe for leaving him, thus killing her.
A lot of people think that Chucky is just using Tiffany and that he has no affection for her. However, this isn't the case if you look into it enough. Chucky does love Tiffany, he just doesn't try to act like a teddy bear around her. This is evident throughout the franchise.
In the Seed of Chucky (2004), Tiffany was pesting Chucky all throughout the movie to stop the killings and focus on family. Chucky wanted to keep being a serial killer. Towards the bedroom scene when Jennifer gives birth, Tiffany stated that she was tired of Chucky's unwillingness to change and walked out on him.

The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos. The film, shot in Romania, continues the series' evolution from the pure horror genre of the first three films to a hybrid horror-comedy.
Meet Chucky and Tiffany's troubled only child (and gift giver extraordinaire) They aren't your typical family. Chucky and Tiffany may be psychopathic murderers, but that doesn't mean they didn't have time to start an equally psychopathic family they could reference in SYFY & USA's Chucky.

That honor belongs to Chucky's greatest nemesis, Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent), whose mom bought him the Good Guy doll Chucky was inhabiting in the 1988 film. It was not a good purchase. Andy would remain haunted (and hunted) by Chucky for years to come, even into adulthood.
Glen was completely opposite from their father Chucky and their twin sister, Glenda. Even though he was Chucky's son, who was cruel, malevolent and sadistic, Glen is strikingly meek, kind and compassionate. their parents had their different reactions to their gentle nature.
In fact, the latest episode of Season 2, "Doll on Doll," directly calls back to the climax of Seed, in which Tiffany uses voodoo magic to take over Jennifer's body before Chucky can murder her and Glen/Glenda (voiced by Billy Boyd in the film and played by Lachlan Watson in live-action).
Chucky tells Jake he's "not a monster" for accepting Glen/da the way they are. But still, Chucky isn't capable of loving anyone but himself, right? In Seed, Chucky tried to kill Glen/da for going against him.
In the next film, Alice learns she has been put under the guardianship of Chucky's girlfriend, Tiffany Valentine, who tells Nica that Alice died. Later in the film, it is revealed that Chucky was able to possess Alice but she "died" after one of Chucky's intended victims fought back.
There, Tiffany manages to swap her soul with Jennifer's, shortly before the Tiffany doll is murdered by Chucky. Filled with rage, Glen/Glenda then kills their father. Five years later, it is revealed that Glen/Glenda's soul has been split between Jennifer's twins, allowing them to live as both a boy and a girl.
While creator Don Mancini took inspiration from his childhood and horror stories that came before, the character of Charles Lee Ray, aka Chucky, is completely fictional.
