The Flash, time traveling with a warning from the future, tries to tell the billionaire that Lois Lane is the key, and that Bruce has been right about “him” (assumedly talking about Superman). But Flash is too soon. So, at some point, he is going to have to try again and correct his mistake.
The Flash cameo featured the speedster reaching out through time in a dream sequence to warn Bruce Wayne that “Lois Lane was the key.” In the end, The Flash arrived too early to warn Batman, and that Bruce was right about Superman. It sure would've been interesting to see Snyder get to make his Justice League sequel.

The Flash warns Bruce Wayne. After Batman was ambushed and killed by Superman, Flash got ready to put the Insurgency's backup plan into action. With the aid of Cyborg's calculations, the Flash was able to use his cosmic treadmill to run back in time to warn Bruce Wayne of the dangers that Superman could pose.

Has Batman ever fought Flash?
There haven't been many times that Batman and Flash have fought each other, but in the rare times it has happened, Bruce Wayne has proven he has a few tricks up his sleeve that could be used to take down the scarlet speedster.
The Joker then used his power to repeatedly kill Batman in the most grotesque and violent ways imaginable, highligting the lengths of the madman's depravity. The crowning acheivement was having vultures devour the Caped Crusader. Unfortunately, Joker was eroding the fabric of space and time with his antics.
Batman is a human at peak physical training…but nowhere near Clark's level of power. Superman could defeat, or even kill, Bruce from so far a distance that Batman wouldn't know what hit him, before he died!
Batman's secret identity isn't as secret as he thinks it is – many of his villains know that he is Bruce Wayne. Some villains, like Hush and Two-Face, have personal connections to Bruce Wayne, making their knowledge of his secret identity even more dangerous.
However, the Dark Knight's actions achieve essentially the same goals as the speedster's cheerful approach. By being in red, Flash is able to draw the attention of his foes, thereby taking attention away from innocent people and protecting them.
Batman's voice is only one way that Bruce Wayne disguises himself as the Caped Crusader. More than any other Superhero, Batman's voice-alteration has become a distinct characteristic. The low baritone rasp is commanding, intimidating and wholly separate from the voice of Bruce Wayne.
Batman is not seen again for the rest of the film, as Barry Allen ignores his advice and alters reality, accidentally creating the Flashpoint universe (a hybrid of the proper DCEU and the Tim Burton Batman universe), replacing Affleck's Batman with the Michael Keaton iteration.
Bruce tells Diana that he regrets failing Superman and asks for her help in forming a team of metahumans to protect Earth in Superman's absence. As they leave, the dirt atop Clark's coffin levitates.
As it stands, Batman alone is helpless against cosmic level threats, much less against Thanos. Really, the best thing he could do is to ask for the Hellbat armor from the Justice League so he can survive Thanos' physical attacks. Even then, he'll still lose.

After gathering up his forces to fight the Justice League, the Batman Who Laughs fought against the Justice League and was killed by Wonder Woman using a chainsaw built using parts of the Invisible Jet.
Batman has killed the Joker, Darkseid, Hugo Strange, KG Beast, Dracula, Two-Face, and many small-time criminals in different stories over time. There were several other instances where Batman killed, especially in the DCEU. Having a Batman that kills works well if it is used as a surprise for short periods.
Spider-sense + spider reflexes + spider speed + spider strength, even Batman's martial arts skills are no match. Sure, he could land one lucky hit that could take Spidey out but statistically speaking, on paper he'd lose.
While it is fairly obvious that the Flash could run circles around Thanos under normal circumstances as his powers make him virtually untouchable, there wouldn't be much the Scarlet Speedster could do if he was around for Thanos' Infinity Snap as there is no way to outrun the god-like power of cosmic chance.
Aside from enhanced strength and speed, Cap also gained enhanced reflexes — enough to dodge bullets from point-blank range. While Batman, though more reflexive than an average human, just wouldn't cut it in the reflexes department. In a Batman vs Captain America reflex-combat, America would take the win.
