Why did Loki turn into a woman? In the comics, Loki is reborn as a woman, known simply as Lady Loki, after the events of Ragnarok in Asgard, but even that wasn't too innocent: When Thor and his fellow Asgardians are to be reborn in new bodies on Earth, Loki actually stole the body intended to be for Sif.
Two years after Ragnarök, Thor looks for the reincarnated Asgardians in a small town in Oklahoma where Asgard has been reborn. Unexpectedly, he finds his brother, but this time Loki isn't male. The Trickster God has stolen the body intended for Lady Sif. And like that, Lady Loki was born.
Loki shapeshifted and turned himself into an alluring female horse to draw Svaðilfari away from helping the master builder complete Asgard's fortifications. When they were together, Loki and Svaðilfari mated. Loki subsequently became pregnant and gave birth to Sleipnir.

A different interpretation of the theory says Odin intentionally changed Loki's appearance and made him look like Hela. In order to keep the baby safe, Odin had to make him look like a human immediately, but instead of making him look like Thor, he chose Hela, as a constant reminder of his daughter.
The character Loki was first introduced in Timely Comics - which later became Marvel - in 1949 in Venus #6. Loki's greatest weakness is water and his spells do not work in water.

The TVA had taken Sylvie from Asgard as a child because she caused a Nexus Event that threatened the stability of the Sacred Timeline, meaning she had spent her entire life on the run from the omnipotent organization, though the exact nature of her Nexus Event wasn't actually revealed.

By saving and organizing every existing timeline, Loki has become the God of Time — a higher being who keeps the past, present, and future of every universe from being erased by outside forces. However, Loki has also become the God of Stories, as he has placed everybody's personal journey above his own.
