Furthermore, Wanda may have moved on after the loss of her Vision enough to know that she may never get the same love she had experienced before from any variant. It would only be an imitation of what she once had.
Even without reconciling his memories and emotions, he would've also regained enough insight to know how powerful Wanda is. As such, he likely calculated that she could prevail without him. Plus, he was aware that he was leaving her back up in the form of Westview Vision.

Could Vision get Wanda pregnant?
In the comics, Wanda and Vision get pregnant through magic — since Vision is a robot, that's seemingly their only option. They have twins named Thomas and William.
The Scarlet Witch flourished as an Avenger, despite her domineering and over-protective brother. As she learned more about her powers and the role of a hero, Wanda found herself attracted to the android Vision and the two soon declared their love for each other, a situation Pietro found intolerable.
In 1975, she married her android teammate Vision, later using borrowed magical forces to make herself pregnant, resulting in twin sons William ("Billy") and Thomas ("Tommy").
She realizes she wants to have children with her husband, Vision, but due to him being a synthezoid, they can not conceive naturally. Instead, she uses her powers, powers that, at the time, she neither fully understood or knew how to control, to create two children: Billy and Tommy, the future Young Avengers.
Scarlet Witch's power goes beyond what Doctor Strange or any other character in the MCU could imagine, so with that in mind, she might have been more resistant to other physical consequences of the Darkhold, as is the third eye.
White Vision had been created as a weapon to be used to destroy both Wanda Maximoff and the Vision she had created inside the Westview Anomaly. In order to make him more susceptible to Tyler Hayward's programming, he was blocked from accessing the original Vision's memories.
White Vision, created by S.W.O.R.D., lacks compassion and memories of his past with Wanda and is designed to eliminate her. In the intense battle, Hex Vision restores White Vision's memories before he abruptly departs, leaving his fate unknown in the MCU.
There are certainly many ways that the writing team could have added in a throwaway line of dialogue that the Scarlet Witch was not that powerful enough to recreate her children once more or that it could have simply been too painful for her to try to do so without the existence of Vision.
The Russo brothers, who directed Infinity War and Endgame, once said that Wanda intentionally dropped the accent because she was training to be a spy and the accent would give her away.
Wanda couldn't make anything. She could only alter reality. Hence, she had to create a separate dimension, out of the real world, just like sorcerers don't create power, they only draw power from other dimensions.
Obviously, Wanda couldn't naturally have become pregnant that quickly, so it seems likely that it's not a “real” pregnancy after all – instead, it could be part of the illusion she and Vision are currently living in.

They're still very young, so it's likely that their powers are still developing. Wanda's inability to control Billy and Tommy reflects something much deeper than the trials and tribulations of motherhood.
