Stormbreaker is an enchanted axe of Dwarvian manufacture, forged from Uru on Nidavellir with the ability to summon the Bifrost. Following Mjølnir's destruction, the weapon was forged by Thor in order to defeat Thanos. After Mjølnir's reassembly, Thor allowed his adoptive daughter Love to wield Stormbreaker in combat.

All Thor would need to do to use that phenomenal power is choose a world, open the Bifrost, and leave it open.
Although Stormbreaker and Mjolnir have very similar properties and powers, Stormbreaker is the most powerful weapon wielded by Thor so far. The obvious reasons are that Stormbreaker is the physically larger weapon out of the two, and not to mention that it is an axe, which could well be more dangerous than a hammer.
Without the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos stands little chance against Prime Odin. Odin is stated to be able to shatter the Earth. And he turned Frigga into stars. He has devastated while worlds, laid waste to kingdoms and destroyed demons and monsters.
Can any Avengers lift Stormbreaker since not many could lift Mjolnir before? Stormbreaker doesn't have a worthiness enchantment, so anyone who's strong enough can pick it up. But only Thor can wield it effectively since it was made for him, and he claims that those who are weak will lose their minds then die.
Given her backstory, selfishness, greed, and more, Hela definitely wasn't worthy of lifting Mjolnir, yet she was able to hold the hammer without much effort.
Unlike Stormbreaker, which everyone with the right power level could pick up, Mjolnir was special because it was a unique weapon almost exclusive to Thor. The hammer not only allowed him to fly, but it always answered his summons and returned to his hand. He had grown to fight alongside Mjolnir.
