Finally, the qualities that Ash admires in the alien—that it is "unclouded by conscience, remorse, or delusions of morality" (Alien)—are apparently traits Ash himself contains. In the end, Ash is a nightmare version of human ruthlessness and reason in the same way the alien is.
With his plans to recover a Xenomorph in ruins, Ash, apparently driven insane by the years he had spent drifting alone aboard the Narcissus, planned to continue his journey with Ripley, with whom he imagined he had developed an intimate connection.
The crew of the Nostromo was never supposed to know that Ash was a synthetic person, much less one who did not have an inhibitor when it came to inflicting violence against humans.
After the Alien has killed Kane, Brett and Dallas, Ripley had discovered through the ship's computer "MOTHER" that Ash has been given special orders by the Weyland-Yutani Corporation to ensure the return of the Alien to the company's laboratories, even at the expense of the crew.

Why is Ash's blood white?
His own sort of lifeblood, this internal fluid was not, as many suspect, actual milk in most shots. This was due to milk potentially spoiling in a hot studio, so it was mostly only used in closeups, with colored water used otherwise.
Though the most scary part isn't seeing the alien, it's the not seeing it which is scarier. Playing at night is not that bad and I do it with the stove light on in the next room(it's pretty dark either way). Even so, it's creepy sometimes to not know exactly where the alien is.

If you think about it, why in the world would Ash say: "Kane's son"? The facehugger pretty much raped and impregnated Kane, then the alien birth itself out of Kane. Kane was used as a womb, a disposable parent, the alien came from him, so its his "son".
Ash was one of the four Traitors that the Faithfuls hoped to discover, and her exit meant that Paul, Harry and Miles were safe for another day - even if it did mean throwing poor Ash under the bus!
Ripley deactivated Ash for good and an enraged Parker incinerated his remains with a Flame Thrower. However, unknown to the crew, Ash had already transferred part of his AI programming to Narcissus, the escape shuttle of Nostromo.
The original animation in the series made Ash much whiter and vaguer in features, much like a cartoon rather than an anime. As the series went on they made sure to animate Ash as being darker with perkier eyes and more Japanese features in his face.
The layer of reactive mist in Alien is probably some form of the aerosolized xenovirus, which may or may not have the same effect it does in Covenant but seems to serve as an intelligent barrier, protecting and alerting the eggs to intruders.
Apparently she was impregnated when her cryotube was compromised and the face hugger's acid blood disrupted the Sulaco's peaceful voyage home. Why did Ripley hate aliens so much in aliens and Alien3 when she had no issue with them before that?

Regardless, she then had Francis Aaron help her run a scan in the EEV and she then discovered she had been impregnated by a facehugger and had a Queen gestating inside her.
Director Ridley Scott offers a unique perspective on the ordeal when he suggests that Ash has underlying sexual desires for Ripley that he cannot control or understand, causing his circuits to fry.
Unfortunately Ripley was carrying a Queen Alien embryo inside of her, which the company, Weyland Yutani, wanted to preserve to produce biological weapons. Ripley kills herself to avoid this. Centuries after the death of Ripley, scientists were able to clone her using DNA acquired from the incidents in Alien 3.
Alien: Isolation received positive reviews and sold over two million copies by May 2015. Its retro-futuristic art direction, sound design, and artificial intelligence were praised, while its characters and length received some criticism. It is considered to be one of the best video games ever made.
Both are very scary games, but quite different. Outlast is traditional in how it scares you. Jump scares, messing with your head, lights going out, stuff like that. Alien: Isolation scares you by having the main bad guy be both invincible and unscripted.
