Upon witnessing Twice's death at the hands of Hawks, Dabi appeared devastated to the point where he became fully committed to the task of killing Hawks to avenge his ally, but only because he cared more about Twice's worth to his own ambitions than his friendship with him.
Dabi then claims that he does not care if Hawks lives or dies, but before he can do his next move, he is interrupted by Fumikage who saves Hawks from death.
While dying, Jin Bubaigawara acknowledges how pitiful and miserable his life was. Enraged at the death of his partner, Dabi completely cremates Hawks' wings and then steps on his back and burns away his feathers.
Their stories parallel each other. While Hawks was born as the son of a villain and later turned out to be a hero, Dabi was born as the son of a hero and ended up on the villain path. They both share a connection to Endeavor and both kept their identities hidden.
Dabi sent thugs to Hawks' house, where they encountered his mother, Tomie. The thugs tormented and threatened Tomie, urging her to spill all of her son's secrets, including his name.

Did Hawks lose his quirk?
As All For One became younger and more powerful due to the accelerated effects of the reversed-engineered Rewind Drug, the villain was effective at brutally defeating him and steals his Quirk. With his Quirk now gone, Hawks has effectively lost all of his speed.

Dabi holds a huge grudge against Enji for rejecting him in the past and feeling like he was being used as a tool. In fact, Enji's overwhelming negligence on him seems to be the main reason for his fall to villainy.
Even though he figured Hawks would stay behind to take care of Twice specifically, Dabi never once feared for Twice's life. In fact, he was confident that Twice's life was assured because Hawks is there. So we have Dabi who doesn't seem concerned about the life of his ally until that ally's life is no more.
After her split with former husband Athar Amir Khan, IAS officer, 2015 batch, in August 2021, Dabi tied the knot with Dr. Gawande in April 2022 and the duo have now welcomed their first child over a year later.
However, it finally surfaced during the Final War Arc as he was about to self-destruct. Dabi could also use fire and ice powers, similar to Shoto Todoroki.

While Shigaraki is five years older than Deku, Shigaraki didn't manifest Decay until age five, leaving roughly a year for Deku to manifest the quirk and have it stolen by Dr. Garaki.
Izuku Midoriya is Tomura Shigaraki's arch-nemesis. Izuku and Tomura mutually despise each other; Tomura despises Izuku for his admiration of All Might, who he hates, while Izuku is disgusted by Tomura's cruel actions.

todoroki doesnt have any crushes (that we know of) or have shown any sign of romantic attraction. momo was insecure about herself and wanted to be strong like todoroki.
David still appears to have strong feelings for All Might. He can often be seen looking at an image of a younger All Might on his phone, and Melissa even described him as "someone you love" when bringing All Might into his lab to visit him after his arrival at I-Island.
Despite the belief of his students, it is not torment but rather necessary preparation for the harsh realities that come with becoming a hero. Relationship Status… single, never married. Aizawa holds no romantic interest in anyone and possibly considers romance to be illogical.
