Obi-Wan Kenobi's third lightsaber was the third, and final, lightsaber to be constructed and wielded by Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. Kenobi wielded the saber during the Clone Wars and the Great Jedi Purge as well as the first, two intermediate, and final duels against Darth Vader.
He explains as much to a young Leia in Season 1, Episode 2: "If I use the Force, it will draw attention to us." That means he likely never practices his Force skills. No telekinesis, no meditation and certainly no lightsaber use. Even the Jedi mind trick needs to be used only in emergencies.
When talking to Mace Windu and Yoda in the prison, Obi-Wan uses the code name "Ben," a reference to the name he would use while in exile on Tatooine after the Clone Wars.
Why didn't Obi Wan take a Padawan during the Clone Wars? Probably because he didn't feel he was done guiding Anakin. Even though Anakin becomes a knight with his own Padawan early in TCW, he and Obiwan still worked together regularly, always with Anakin expected to defer to Obiwan.
It's very possible that the trooper, as a member of the 501st Legion which Kenobi fought alongside on many occasions, did recognise his former General but chose to keep it to himself. Likewise, it's possible that he had forgotten what Kenobi looked like, or maybe even didn't know.

Furthermore, Cal's mastery of multiple lightsaber stances is far superior to Luke's mastery of one. This allows Cal to use a combination of fighting techniques to deal with difficult situations, especially where there are lots of enemies. In these situations, Luke could easily be overwhelmed and fall.
Why did Maul fight so bad at the beginning of his first fight in the Clone Wars? Because he had just come out of a long period of insanity, with no one to talk with. Remember, he was cut in half by Obi-Wan Kenobi in The Phantom Menace.

You may be looking for the lightsabers used by Ahsoka Tano during the Clone Wars. In the years before the Battle of Yavin, Ahsoka Tano used two white lightsabers as her personal weapons.
During one of these missions she would break the Jedi Code's rule of attachment by falling in love with Darman, RC-1136, a clone commando in Omega Squad, and becoming pregnant with his child, Venku Skirata. The two would later marry in the traditional Mandalorian way shortly before her death in 19 BBY.
During an early assignment as a Padawan with her Jedi Master Kast Fulier, Etain met the clone commandos of the Omega Squad, an encounter that changed how the rest of her life played out. Darman Skirata, formally RC-1136, was a clone commando of Omega Squad that Etain later fell in love with as the Clone Wars continued.
The leader of Mandalore during the Clone Wars, Duchess Satine of Kalevala was a controversial figure. She longed to move Mandalore beyond its violent past and instituted a government that valued pacifism.
The sequence calls back to a similar scene in Revenge of the Sith, when Bail Organa orders Threepio's memory be erased to prevent him from sharing information about Anakin Skywalker's fall to the dark side.
What's going on: Anthony Daniels, who plays the C-3PO role in all of the nine Skywalker saga films, recently told HuffPost that he wasn't sure why Obi-Wan Kenobi didn't know C-3PO. He said it's possible Obi-Wan knew too many droids.
C3PO was clearly created from some sort of kit or existing prototype since every protocol droid aside from coloring looks the same. He didn't recognize him because again, they all look the same & it was decades until he saw him again. There was no reason to believe he or R2 even existed anymore.
He puts on a Jedi robe Padmé had stored in the back closet (most likely belonging to Anakin Skywalker), but droids spot them and everyone presumes he's a Jedi.
One of the new additions made by Clone Wars, at least in terms of canon, was that the Jedi wore armor during the Clone Wars – but only for the first half of the conflict.
