Because Stark missiles kill her parents and nearly kill her and her twin brother Pietro, Wanda spends much of her youth hating Tony Stark. Her initial ally, Ultron, plays off of that rage and manipulates the twins into working for him against the Avengers.
Sadly, as we've mentioned, Tony and Wanda never formally resolved their differences. However, Marvel fans can take solace that she was present at Stark's funeral, hinting that she had forgiven him for his past deeds.
From a Tony-negative standpoint (the one Wanda is looking from), it shows a supreme level of arrogance and delusion, at a level that would lead him to, as she says later, self-destruct.

What did Wanda see in Tony's head?
Wanda gets inside Tony Stark's head and pushes him to see his actions leading to the deaths of his fellow Avengers, and eventually allows Tony to take Loki's scepter (with the Mind Stone inside) for himself, believing that it will eventually lead to him driving the Avengers to their destruction.
He was also present during the viewing of Iron Man's final message and the rest of his funeral service. However, the God Thunder wasn't as distraught as his fellow Avengers, and it may have something to do with his Asgardian roots.

She of all people would know that it's not the Gamora that became a Guardian, and it's really a version from the past. She says “she doesn't remember” as if she just had amnesia. Gamora can't remember something she never forgot because she never experienced it. Quill was actually valid in saying that Gamora was dead.
His wife sat before him, crying, as she told Tony that it was okay, that they'd be all right, and everyone else looked on. One of those people? Steve Rogers, also crying as Tony Stark took his last breath after using the Infinity Stones to help save the world.
