The doctor holds the baby by his legs and forcefully pats his back. Then, exactly what everyone didn't want to happen, happens. The man begins thrusting into the baby, and though the shot leaves the screen and turns to Milos' disgusted face, we can still faintly hear the man moaning.
But there was just one small, teensy weensy problem: though it may have felt and played out like a realistic docudrama, the film had absolutely nothing to do with the reality of the AIDs crisis, 1990s adolescence or what it was like being a New York teenager at the time.

It is filmed in a documentary style way that makes it feel very realistic and confronts its matters in a very (implied) explicit style. The entire film is disturbing and uncomfortable to watch.
