By the end of the film, Yelena is so devastated by Natasha's death, that she's willing to listen to Val—a stranger—when she tells her that Clint Barton is responsible for Black Widow's demise (which occurred in Avengers: Endgame).
It's very likely that Valentina sees Hawkeye as a threat to her overall plans. So much so that de Fontaine coerced Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) to kill Clint Barton, playing into her grief and blaming Barton for the death of Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson).
While visiting Romanoff's grave, Belova was given an assignment by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, who claimed that Clint Barton was responsible for Romanoff's death and that she was to eliminate him.
Yelena took the contract under the mistaken belief that Clint was responsible for the death of her sister Natasha Romanoff in Avengers: Endgame. Separately, Tracksuit Mafia leader Maya Lopez (Alaqua Cox) had a vendetta against Clint for killing her father as the masked vigilante Ronin.
As the two talk, it's revealed that Yelena works for the Contessa, who elected to give the former Widow her next target personally. The target in question is none other than Clint Barton's Hawkeye, and the Contessa identifies him as "the man responsible" for Romanoff's death.

Was Black Widow in love with Hawkeye?
In the comics as well as the films, Hawkeye and Black Widow worked together as S.H.I.E.L.D. agents for years, growing close as the two "non-super-powered" members of the Avengers. In the comics, they did become intimate, whereas, in the movies, Black Widow's silent love for him is why she would have sacrificed herself.
Clint and Natasha are best friends. However, at the start of their relationship, Clint Barton (as Hawkeye) was sent to eliminate Natasha, but instead, Barton saw her skills and recommended her recruitment. The two began an everlasting partnership, with Barton affectionately calling her "Nat."

Nebula knew (as did Star Lord, Mantis, and Drax) that Gamora went to Vormir with Thanos and didn't come back. None of them knew what happened on Vormir, so there was no way for any of them to know what happened. Quill even made it clear that he expected Gamora would survive, and was shocked and angry that she didn't.
