Thor and Iron Man have mostly been friends over the years, but they have come to blows, most notably upon Thor's return after Civil War. Who is the weakest Avenger?
Although he is an extremely skilled marksman, Clint Barton is often considered to be the weakest member of the team seeing as he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow. That certainly means that Hawkeye one of the weakest Avengers.
Steve Rogers is one of the few mortals able to not only lift Mjolnir, but wield its full power, making him someone who legitimately could defeat Thor. Assuming the reason for their battle is due to Thor being deceived, possessed, or otherwise out of his mind, Cap would be able to use Mjolnir against him.
Mjolnir has been manipulated in different ways in Marvel Comics, and many years ago, Iron Man was able to hold the hammer… thanks to zero gravity, meaning that he didn't properly lift it and he would have still not been able to wield it on Earth because he wasn't worthy.
Despite the previous defeats from the Hulk, Iron Man could still subdue him in some instances, like in Iron Man #132. Tony aids Banner, allowing him facility access to separate from the Hulk. The fight concludes with Iron Man prevailing, knocking out the Hulk.
Thor would win. Hulkbuster was built to combat Hulk, not Thor. Thor would be a lot more agile and mobile than Hulk, can fly, and though not as physically strong and tough as Hulk does have far more damage output. Hulkbuster is just not built to fight Thor.
Goku is probably stronger than Thor at full power, but that's debatable. Both of them have amazing energy powers at similar levels, but the Thorforce is a more powerful source of power than Goku's Saiyan genes. Mjolnir is an amazing weapon and Thor is a master of it, giving Thor more combat options than Goku.
Who Comes Out on Top? While Superman and Thor both have compelling arguments and have been proven to be a relatively even match, Superman ultimately would win the day, unless Thor had Kryptonite on hand.
It's important to note that the rules around worthiness had been temporarily suspended to allow this to happen. As soon as the fight was over, Superman couldn't lift the hammer anymore. However, under normal circumstances, without any weird interference, Superman is worthy of Mjolnir.
Putting it all together, Thor can win against the Hulk, even if he can't kill the Jade Giant. Hulk is practically immortal and has unlimited reserves of strength and stamina, so he can keep fighting forever. Thor's endurance, while godly, is not limitless, so he will eventually lose a prolonged battle.

It depends, but in all actuality it should be Loki. He is a deadly combatant, he just won't apply himself like he should. His ego is enormous, as is his ability to sabotage himself. He won't fight Thor hand to hand, he will tire him out, throw constant waves of enemy after enemy, one more obstacle after another.
Despite his power and courage, Thor suffers many terrible losses in Marvel Comics, including some that inspired his current MCU status quo. Thor loses more than fights with powerful foes like Gorr the God Butcher. He loses his power, his worthiness, and dear friends and family.
