Goku is undeniably one of the strongest warriors inside Dragon Ball's universe, as he is constantly training to better himself. Similarly, Thor continually searches for new opponents to test his might against. However, in their ultimate forms, Goku could not defeat the mighty God of Thunder of the Marvel Universe.
The most powerful is Hyperion, and much like Superman, he would end Goku. Hyperion usually hails from another universe and is frequently the most powerful hero around. One version of Hyperion beat every hero and villain on Earth, and another flew through Galactus's head, killing him.
Thor is currently more powerful than Goku. If it was base Thor, then things would be close between him and Goku. However, Thor became the All-Father, which granted him the Odin Force.
Who would win, Mastered Ultra Instinct Goku or Rune King Thor? Rune King Thor wins this. Goku can only use MUI for a few minutes before his body gives out on him. Even if Goku could use it indefinitely, Run King Thor would end the battle by erasing him from existence.

Although Xeno Goku is more powerful in terms of attack potency, speed and durability when compared to Rune King Thor, RKT has far more unique abilities that may present a challenge for Xeno Goku to deal with. Marvel is an infinite multiverse, that means there are an endless amount of Thors.

Only chance of giorno beating Goku is if Goku is paralyzed or makes the dumbest move. Only way Goku can beat Giorno is if giorno does the same. Disregarding the circumstances, and only focusing on the abilities.
While Thanos may be a more capable commander or general combatant, Goku is the perfect duelist and excels in one-on-one fights, arguably his best type of fight. That experience is much more relevant in a battle between the two, meaning that Goku comes out on top.
Beerus. Beerus was quite literally introduced as a benchmark Goku could not reach. While Dragon Ball Super keeps teasing the notion that Goku and Vegeta are not only Beerus's rivals but destined to surpass him, Beerus still seems like an endgame opponent.
In a battle against Hulk, every little bit counts. Saitama having this ability provides him a slight edge, as he effectively has a source of projectile attacks that he can use at a distance.
The battle between Saitama and Thanos was intense and destructive, but ultimately, Saitama's immense strength and speed proved to be too much for even the all-powerful Thanos with all six Infinity Stones.
Thor easily, if he has stormbreaker. Luffy is unaffected by lightning but can still be cut. Take away stormbreaker, Thor still would win but the fight would be a lot longer. Luffy is also unaffected by blunt force attacks (when there's no haki involved).
Zeus is king of the gods and has the strength, power, and durability to prove it, but the gods introduced in Blood of Zeus pale in comparison to Beerus. Though Goku is still unable to defeat the god of destruction, he would certainly defeat Zeus.
