Cosmic Ghost Rider Is powerful, but he doesn't stand a chance against Galactus. Not only could Galactus strip Castle of the Power Cosmic, but he possesses its full fury, something he doesn't share with his Heralds.

As one of the answers below had posted, Ghost Rider can only be killed/created by God, and only Heavenly Weapons can harm the the Rider. Aquaman is not God, and I don't think he has access to Heavenly Weaponry. Even water would not stop the Hellfire demon that is Ghost Rider.
This would be a interesting fight if it was against regular Thor but this is RUNE KING THOR. RKT would definitely be able to take out Ghost Rider with ease. RUNE KING THORS power level surpassed his father ODIN by a large margin. RKT showed no mercy and he did not hold back at all when he obtained his new powers.
Given ample prep time, the Batman and by extension, TBWL can easily come up with a plan to beat the Cosmic Ghost Rider. While Frank Castle was a cunning strategist himself, his years as the Rider has dulled his propensity to use strategy and relies more on his superpowers.
