What really made the Immortal Hulk dangerous was the fact that he resurrected from everything. He was truly immortal. While there were some drawbacks – Bruce only transformed into the Hulk at night – he was beyond dangerous. As powerful as Cosmic Ghost Rider is, Immortal Hulk would destroy him.
The Hulk is considered the strongest character in the Marvel universe, but there are some characters that can match the Hulk's strength and power, such as Ghost Rider. The Ghost Rider, however, is not the strongest of the two, and he is able to defeat the Hulk in Banner form.
Bizarro is Superman's infamous and sometimes lovable clone/doppelganger opposite gone bad who possesses near-identical powers to the Man of Steel. He has more than enough strength to match the Immortal Hulk's and the addition of his freeze vision and fire breath would be enough to secure a victory.

Can Thanos defeat Ghost Rider?
In the recent comics, in the future, Thanos beat Ghost rider fairly easily. Also the penance stare from Ghost rider didn't work because of the fact Thanos doesn't have any regret with all those life he murdered.
The Planet Hulk and World-Breaker Hulk storylines saw the Jade Giant almost completely obliterating all the Marvel heroes, even the Sentry. The Hulk is one character Deadpool can't beat.
Naturally, the clearest and most obvious reason why Thanos would win in a fight with Hela would be his Infinity Gauntlet. In the Mad Titan's possession, it would be incredibly difficult for Hela to defeat him either in a straight fight, or some other means.
Putting it all together, Thor can win against the Hulk, even if he can't kill the Jade Giant. Hulk is practically immortal and has unlimited reserves of strength and stamina, so he can keep fighting forever. Thor's endurance, while godly, is not limitless, so he will eventually lose a prolonged battle.
The two brawlers have fought beyond these two encounters, but these two fights establish a few hard facts: the Hulk can be overpowered by the Juggernaut; the Hulk cannot consistently stop the Juggernaut; and most importantly, the Hulk's strength, even at maximum, cannot harm the Juggernaut at his maximum power.

No, even giving Spider-Man the benefit of the doubt and pretending he's immune to the Penance Stare (he isn't) Ghost Rider can only be killed by Holy weapons (not blessed by a priest Holy, For realsies forged in biblical Heaven Holy weapons). Assuming Spider-Man went full defense he has a solid chance of escaping.
In any event, the main thing is that no, being a demon without a soul does not mean that you can lift Thor's hammer and Ghost Rider cannot lift Thor's hammer (but hey, Ghost Rider has plenty of his own cool weapons, so he should be fine with that).
