Pretty much no-one would back Moon Knight against any Superman-class enemy, but Marc Spector has made a career of taking on unbeatable odds and somehow walking away intact - hopefully, he can bring that same luck and creativity to his fight against Taegukgi when the Contest of Chaos begins.
Without Khonshu, Iron Man could easily take Moon Knight down, as he simply has more advanced technology. However, the supernatural abilities Khonshu grants Moon Knight may give him the edge.
There's also the recent battle with the Avengers in which Moon Knight was able to steal Ghost Rider's Spirit of Vengeance, Iron Fist's chi powers, and Mjolnir from Thor. All of this is to say that Moon Knight could beat Batman depending on the personality in charge, the phase of the moon, and if Khonshu wills it.
Confirmed as the MCU's most powerful superhero, the Scarlet Witch would make short work of Superman. Had Thanos's forces not interrupted her in Avengers: Endgame, she would have defeated the Mad Titan, and the Man of Steel would be similarly overpowered by the Avenger.
Thor and Moon Knight isn't really a fair fight either. Thor is the God of Thunder and possesses immense strength and durability. Can Moon Knight defeat Thanos?
No. This is an example of “ABC” transitive property scaling, and the reason why people look down on power scaling in general. There are mitigating circumstances to why Moon Knight beat thor. I've literally never seen Thor beat Thanos, but in the event that he does, there are mitigating circumstances.
After confusing Spider-Man for a suspected arsonist in Ultimate Spider-Man #80, Moon Knight engages him in an intense fight. Spider-Man nearly pushes Moon Knight to his limits during the battle, but Spider-Man later flees, technically making Moon Knight the defacto winner of the encounter.
There's no question the Hulk is a near-indestructible force who comes out on top in almost all of his battles of pure strength. However, against Superman, he's outmatched. As powerful as Cosmic Ghost Rider is, Immortal Hulk would destroy him. Castle couldn't do anything that would actually kill him, which would give Immortal Hulk time to destroy his opponent. While Immortal Hulk is certainly the most powerful Hulk, even other forms could defeat Cosmic Ghost Rider.
While Superman could potentially overpower Thor, blows rendered by the mystical Mjolnir would likely impose serious damage on the Kryptonian hero. With his super-speed, the Man of Steel could probably avoid the Thunder God's lightning, but not necessarily, since Thor is just as fast.

The simple answer is no. Yes, Hulk absolutely smashes Thor to the ground with Mjolnir, but, he's holding both Thor and the hammer. Moon Knight in the comics has variable power level in the comics. He once defeated all the Avengers but he was boosted, generally he gets super powers from the Moon and it depended on Khonshu and how they feel about each other at any given time.
Moon Knight would have some trouble getting within striking distance of Hawkeye, assuming Clint Barton saw him coming. However, if Moon Knight got within punching range, it seems likely that even Hawkeye would find himself overpowered by the skill of the Moon Knight.
