Red Hulk delivered a killing blow only he failed to kill the Hulk. Instead, he was defeated, and Hulk told him he could never change back into Ross or he would expose him as a traitor to the world. Ross was trapped in the body of what he hated most and there was nothing he could do about it.
Since he doesn't continue to physically strengthen with rage, Red Hulk has only a base level of strength. Thus, continuing to fight and anger the Hulk will inevitably lead to Rulk being the weaker of the two.
Unlike Hulk, Red Hulk retains his intelligence when transformed and possesses other handy abilities like energy absorption. However, anger is his true weakness. Whereas Hulk grows stronger the angrier he gets, rage causes Red Hulk's body to overheat with excess gamma radiation.

The Red Hulks base strength is stronger than the hulks, so if Ross and Banner had just transformed into there hulk counter parts Ross would be stronger, but since the hulk gets stronger the madder he gets the hulk can potentially be stronger, while the red hulk get hotter the madder he gets.
Unlike the green Hulk, who gets stronger as his rage increases, Red Hulk's body temperature rises with his anger. Though the heat is intense enough to melt desert sand into glass, it causes him to weaken when it becomes too intense, as his physiology lacks a cooling mechanism to deal with the excess heat.
Remember that Gray Hulk might be the weakest version of the Hulk of all-time but there was one other time that Hulk went gray after that original appearance. This was when he turned into Mr. Fixit.
Thanos and Hulk have clashed several times in Marvel lore, with Thanos even admitting he was scared to face the Hulk before acquiring the Infinity Stones. While Thanos is usually the victor, it's generally down to him using superior tactics and technology, rather than simply possessing greater physical strength.
The main reason why the Jade Giant comes always comes out on top is because of his trademark ability of getting stronger the more he gets angry. Still, it was his confidence that ultimately led to his defeat. Despite besting both Hulk and Thor in their initial meetings, both opponents came back for round two.
There's no denying the Juggernaut's strength, but it's still rewarding to see the Hulk vs. Juggernaut power debate finally settled. Even in the heat of battle, the Juggernaut had to admit that the Hulk was stronger. This means that in the future Marko will have to be clever to defeat the Jade Giant.
The Hulk and Deadpool faced each other in a non-canon comic. Here, Deadpool went crazy and started eliminating superheroes and supervillains until there were none left. Yet, Deadpool couldn't defeat Hulk and there was even an instant where Hulk utterly dismembered Deadpool.
Without an Infinity Gauntlet, destroying planets with one punch was far beyond what any other Hulk or being in the Marvel Universe could muster. This made the Entropy Hulk the strongest Hulk of all.
A battle between Superman and Hulk's ultimate form goes to the Breaker of Worlds on sheer power, but given the One-Below-All's planet-destroying plans and Kal-El's history with Krypton, it's likely the Man of Steel would give everything he has to take down a threat that is in many ways his exact opposite.
A mainstay in the Flash's Rogues Gallery and a recurring member of the Legion of Doom, Grodd's telepathic and telekinetic abilities combined with a genius-level intellect, along with the physical might of a silverback gorilla, would certainly put up a decent fight against the Immortal Hulk.
It seems they are pretty evenly matched in terms of strength and stamina, however it's clear Kratos has a special kind of something that the Hulk doesn't. That being his brilliant tactical mind, and his ability to adapt well under pressure in any fighting situation.

Without Bruce Banner and gamma energy, the Hulk is shown to be extremely lean and has excess skin, challenging the commonly held image of the character.
The Devil Hulk is the evil alternate personality of Bruce Banner, fueled by all of his resentments toward the world. This demonic version of the Hulk was introduced in Incredible Hulk (Vol. 2) #13 after Banner travels into his own mind to free it from Guilt Hulk.
