Could Odin or Thor's sister Hela defeat Thanos? As long as Thanos doesn't have the Infinity Gauntlet, both Odin and Hela stomp Thanos. Hela easily destroyed Mjolnir while weakened.
Without the gauntlet at his disposal, Thanos had no such equivalent power, but his durability might make up for it. Hela's ability to create weapons helped her conquer Asgard, among several other worlds, and even helped her defeat both Thor and Loki fairly quickly.
She possesses superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes and durability at levels far surpassing those of the vast majority of either race. Her vast strength has allowed her to engage in sustained hand-to-hand combat with Thor. Like all Asgardians she has resistance to magic.
While audiences never got to see Quicksilver at full power, super-speed is one of the best abilities a hero can have when facing an enemy like Thanos. With enough training, Quicksilver would have been more than capable of defeating Thanos when he finally arrived in Infinity War.

Who is the weakest avenger?
Although he is an extremely skilled marksman, Clint Barton is often considered to be the weakest member of the team seeing as he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow.
Unable to kill his own daughter, Odin defeated Hela and imprisoned her using his own power to keep her at bay in another realm for eons. During this respite, Hela attempted to escape imprisonment in Hel and was near successful.
Stormbreaker can summon the bifrost and Hela is stronger in Asgard. Thor can teleport her and himself and open her chest killing her, or cut off her limbs ir head. Plus, Stormbreaker is stronger than Mjolnir.
Now, Hela turned out to be too powerful, and as Odin's true heir, she was tied to Asgard. Thor realized he was not going to be able to defeat her, and in an interesting turn of events, he ended up restoring Surtur's power by having Loki drop the crown in the Eternal Flame.
Nowhere in the movies is Superman able to tank a bladed weapon from a superhumanly strong opponent. Assuming we're talking DCEU and MCU versions, then Hela wins this. Yes, she's not as fast as Superman and he'll give her quite a thrashing, but nothing Superman does will keep Hela down for long.

Unlike Mjølnir, however, the weapon is not enchanted to prevent those deemed "unworthy" from holding it, making anybody with sufficient strength capable of using the weapon.
Black Adam isn't strong enough to catch Stormbreaker from Thor. The infinity stones didn't even push Storm-breaker back when Thor threw it at Thanos. Black Adam isn't durable enough to tank an attack from Stormbreaker. In Endgame Thor effortlessly cut Thanos' arm.
Stormbreaker has the additional power to summon the Bifröst, allowing Thor to teleport anywhere in the Nine Realms. Screen Rant has identified Stormbreaker as the more powerful of the two, based on this ability, as well as it being a much larger and edged weapon.
So while Zeus' best feat is defeating a mountain-sized monster, Odin's best feat is defeating a monster as big as nine worlds. Odin outclasses Zeus in intelligence, versatility, strength, and weapons. Zeus simply can't compete. The winner is Odin, All-Father of the Æsir.
One of her biggest feats was when she was destroying the mind stone while fighting back Thanos, who was using the space stone against her. While to some it may seem as if she could defeat Hela, she cannot. Hela stomps her. Her abilities are impressive but she is a glass cannon.
If he was relatively calm Odin would probably engage the Hulk physically to underline the difference in power between them. Odin would crush hulk! Odin is the most powerful being in the nine realms outside of cosmic entities.
As Skyfather of Olympus, Zeus wields power comparable to Odin, whose wrath Thanos has withstood but not bested. At the same time, Zeus cannot truly die. While the most powerful of Olympians can be badly wounded or even dismembered, he can never actually pass on into oblivion.
While Thanos is an Eternal and has the standard powers of super-strength, agility, regeneration, immortality, and more, Adam Warlock takes the upper hand. He can be killed, but he resurrects to be stronger every time.
