Wolverine Got His Adamantium Back (From Sabretooth)
Sabretooth was left for dead by Apocalypse, found and kept alive by the X-Men hero Gambit, and eventually had adamantium rebonded to him by a revitalized version of the Weapon X program.
So while the debate over whether or not Wolverine can regrow his arms or legs may never have a definitive answer, it's safe to say no matter how badly he's hurt, Wolverine can grow back at least one of his main limbs on a regular basis.

On top of that, Logan's claws can cut through nearly anything, including the skin of beings like the Hulk. Piercing Superman's flesh would be difficult but far from impossible for Wolverine, making the Man of Tomorrow vulnerable to every slash and stab attack Logan lands on him.
It is not so much that Magneto cannot affect vibranium, but that the metal's vibratory nature and energy-absorption components can be harnessed in such a way that the Master of Magnetism meets his match.

Deadpool has a well-earned reputation in Marvel Comics as having the grossest healing factor ever.
