Supernatural Strength: Black Noir's strength is superhuman, making him the second if not THE strongest Super, as he is almost as strong as the Homelander. Black Noir is able to hit hard enough to demolish and tear the Homelander's jaw off in one punch.

It's a brilliant ending for Homelander, taking a character who desired to be seen as a supreme evil and killing him off-panel in a fight against an even bigger threat.
Black Noir, the clone of Homelander, is the only character to canonically beat Homelander in a fight, making him the one Supe who can do the impossible.
Homelander may appear strong, but he would be no match for characters like Superman or Wonder Woman in a face-to-face battle. Green Lantern's ring and Zatanna's magical abilities could easily trap or defeat Homelander, showing that physical strength isn't always necessary.

Is any super stronger than Homelander?
Black Bolt's strength alone puts him above Homelander. But his powers push him even further out of Homelander's level. His heat vision wouldn't have much effect on the Inhuman's king, as he has shown to be able to survive re-entry. And when it comes to fighting back, Black Bolt insane voice is all he really needs.
While there's no denying the depravity of Homelander, Butcher is the darker character - mostly because he's shown to fully understand how evil his choices actually are, and yet continue regardless.
Noir's animated animal pals get him to face his Soldier Boy fears by re-creating the event that made him so completely terrified of Soldier Boy in the first place, a day when Soldier Boy beat him up after he stood up to him, as well as the nearly fatal attack Soldier Boy made on Noir the day he led Payback in ...
It also added a new weakness, as the lethal Supe is deathly allergic to nuts. This was inspired by the real-life allergy of Nathan Mitchell, who plays Black Noir in The Boys. As powerful as Black Noir is, this nut allergy ultimately brought him down in The Boys season 2.
The brain damage he suffered at the hands of the powerful Solder Boy impacted his ability to talk, but his understanding of language is intact. His emotions are a different story, however. The trauma of his experience has rendered Black Noir an undisputed psychopath.
After his fight against Homelander at the White House, Black Noir was extremely weakened. This ended up causing his death, when the military and Billy finished him off by firing multiple anti-supe bullets at his body and then destroyed his brain with a crowbar.
Black Noir's powers do not include invincibility or immortality. But he does possess longevity and regenerative healing. These abilities could have allowed him to survive Homelander's attack in Season 3.
THE BOYS' Black Noir is obviously supposed to be a parody or alternate version of Batman. Just like every member of The Seven (other than Translucent).

Brain Damage: Despite his healing factor, Black Noir can still find difficulty in healing brain damage. During his fight with Soldier Boy, he received extreme head trauma which would end up causing a variety of mental problems, including: Amnesia, loss of speech and hallucinations.
Black Noir is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Homelander) of the exploitation comic series The Boys. He is a clone of the superhero, Homelander that was created by Nazis and Vought-American to supervise Homelander and make sure he didn't go insane.
This in no way implies that Homelander is scared of Butcher, he's simply aware of Butcher's handiwork when he sees it, and wants his team to be ready when the Boys' leader inevitably attacks. What these comments did imply, however, was Homelander's respect for Butcher.
In Dear Becky, set twelve years after Butcher's death, Hughie is sent Butcher's diary by an unknown individual, leading him to confront his past actions and killing Butcher.
Since he hates himself, Soldier Boy cannot help but despise Homelander for being "a disappointment" just like him, which explains why he refuses to join forces with him.
While Homelander may have an advantage in powers, Soldier Boy's durability and mind games give him the ability to defeat him. If Soldier Boy returns in Season 4, he will likely be an even darker and scarier villain than Homelander, with unwavering beliefs and decisions.
Hughie. Hughie certainly is the most good-hearted character among all (considering that a huge majority of them are either deeply rotten or have vague, ambiguous morals). He cares about people and not just the people he loves.
Furthermore, Homelander could also gain an advantage over Superman if he got his hands on Kryptonite. But without that, there are more scenarios where Superman would emerge victorious. Billy Butcher and Soldier Boy managed to come out on top when they fought Homelander. So, Superman would easily do that as well.
Soldier Boy, Starlight, Marie Moreau, Victoria Neuman, and Billy Butcher are among the characters who have the potential to bring down Homelander with their powers and abilities.
Homelander wouldn't know what to do if he ever came across somebody as strong as himself, much less somebody far more powerful. Hulk could quickly flick the antagonist of The Boys across the Atlantic Ocean.
