A moment later, Anakin changes again, and so does the color of his lightsaber – he becomes a Sith, and he fights Ahsoka once more. They then miraculously return to the World Between Worlds.
After months of speculation, Hayden Christensen finally popped up on Ahsoka, reprising his role as everyone's favorite podracer-turned-Jedi-turned-interstellar-dictator. Christensen's Anakin Skywalker made a surprise return in episodes 4 and 5, reuniting with his former Jedi apprentice Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson).

After the Clone Wars and Order 66, Darth Vader always knew his former apprentice Ahsoka Tano was alive and that he would one day face her in battle - long before it happened in Star Wars Rebels. Ahsoka Tano unwittingly played a crucial role in Anakin Skywalker's fall to the dark side.
Ahsoka probably found out soon after Order 66, or just assumed that she was dead. After all, if Padme were still alive, she'd be doing something to actively combat the Empire. Ahsoka also talked to Bail Organa periodically, so there's a good chance he would have told her.
Ahsoka season 1 brought back Hayden Christensen's Anakin Skywalker to Star Wars, his Force Ghost appearing at the end of episode 8 "Part Eight: The Jedi, the Witch, and the Warlord." As Ahsoka Tano's former Jedi Master, Anakin's return made perfect sense in Ahsoka, showcasing their long-awaited reunion in live-action.
It also meant there was still hope for her to live, which ended up being the focus of Anakin's “final lesson” for his old apprentice. He told Ahsoka she needed to learn to “live or die.” After Ahsoka easily handled him in a lightsaber duel, Anakin cut away the path they stood on.

Because these flashbacks take place in the three years between those two films, ILM was likely able to blend Christensen's appearance from the early 2000s and with his work for Ahsoka. This isn't the first time such technology has been used for Star Wars.
Yoda seemed to be quite fond of Ahsoka and assigned her to be Anakin's apprentice. However, when Ahsoka was accused of treason, Yoda, like most members of the Jedi High Council, believed she was guilty and sent Anakin and Plo Koon to capture her.
But before the battle for Coruscant, they had to split up and Rex went with Ahsoka to Mandalore, and Anakin went to Coruscant. After that, Anakin and Rex never saw each other again.
Years later, when Ahsoka learns of her master's transformation into Darth Vader on Rebels, she partially blames herself for Anakin's turn to the dark side and holds some regret for leaving him and the Order behind.
And so when Anakin reappears during the Ahsoka finale as a Force Ghost, looking upon his former apprentice with admiration – it marks Ahsoka's growth and liberation.
Ahsoka's portrayal of Anakin with a red lightsaber fulfills the promise that Revenge of the Sith couldn't deliver, showcasing the version of Anakin who would become the most powerful being in the galaxy.
It's not clear whether, even in her older and more experienced state, an Ahsoka vs. Anakin Skywalker showdown would end in Ahsoka's favor. It is likely that, at the peak of his power, Anakin Skywalker would always have bested his old Padawan. Darth Vader, though, is another matter.
Anakin antagonized her, and they soon wound up bickering like sibglings; it didn't take long for Ahsoka to become noted for teasing him with her "snippy" and maddening attitude, even as she claimed to want to learn from him. Ahsoka called Anakin "Skyguy" to rile him up, and Anakin responded by calling her "Snips."
Anakin Skywalker's Padawan during the Clone Wars, Ahsoka survived Order 66 and became a key agent in the nascent Rebel Alliance. Ahsoka began to suspect the truth about Darth Vader in Star Wars Rebels season 2, and her worst fears were confirmed when she confronted the Sith Lord in the dramatic finale.
This means that although Anakin and Padmé tried to hide their love throughout Star Wars, several of their closest friends, including Ahsoka, Rex, and Obi-Wan, knew about their relationship but preserved their secret.
According to official tie-ins, Anakin's Force Ghost would visit Luke many times over the next decade, offering him guidance and counsel as he reestablished the Jedi Order.
The final scenes of Ahsoka's finale confirm the secret of Peridea; it is somehow tied to the Mortis gods, mysterious avatars of the Force seen in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Baylan traveled to Peridea claiming this was the place where the cycle of light versus dark began, and it seems he isn't exaggerating.
Anakin does not have even the slightest bit of remorse. By the end, he feels nothing but anger. Although he feels regret for killing Padme, he still helps the evil Emperor. The film ends with Anakins standing side by side with the man on whose behalf he has committed all his crimes.
Honestly, I just couldn't figure out who she was or why she was even in the funeral procession. This also means that for the longest time I forgot I could just look up the credits of the film. Long story short, she is Padmé's niece, Pooja Naberrie, and was portrayed by Hayley Mooy.
The subtitles and script show some of Padme's final words to Obi Wan as “There is still good in him.” Every time I watch this I swear she says “Obi Wan... there's quite a name.” I have always thought of it as her recognizing him for everything he has done over the trilogy.
