When the three are restored to life, Van Dyne joins the Avengers in a battle against an alternate version of Thanos. Afterwards, she buys back her father's company heading the Pym van Dyne Foundation and continues her relationship with Scott Lang becoming a step-mother to his daughter, Cassie Lang.
In his own time, Kang falls for the princess of one of his subject kingdoms, Ravonna, who does not return his feelings. In an attempt to demonstrate his power, he kidnaps the Avengers and, after several escape attempts on their part, subdues them and the rebellious kingdom with the help of his army.
It's never specifically stated but our best guess is that Janet simply felt guilty about choosing her family over all of the people she left subjugated to Kang in the Quantum Realm. If she actually acknowledged it, that would've meant having to deal with it, and she just wanted to ignore it.

Hank Pym is best known in Marvel comics for being a wife beater. In one infamous scene, published in 1981 in The Avengers #213, a cowardly and pathetic Hank hits a negligee-clad Janet so hard that he knocks her off her feet.
Hope is hostile to him because her father has refused to allow her to take the risk and pull the heist, and she resents Scott for taking her place. However, she still assumes a mentor role to him, and by the end of the film, it's revealed they are having an affair, though how far that affair goes is not entirely clear.
Why Ant-Man Gains The Ability To Transform Without A Suit. In the original Marvel Comics, it's explained that prolonged exposure to Pym Particles combined with a unique genetic disposition allows the Langs to shrink and grow at will without relying on a finite supply of particles or a suit.
In her newer identity as Stinger, Lang can still shrink and grow thanks to Pym Particles, but also utilizes a suit that combines the best of The Wasp and Ant-Man's looks!
Tony stark created a mapping system so they could find their way around the quantum realm, time is extremely abstract down there so 5 years could be 1 second or 80 years depending on where you would be.
Ant-Man and the Wasp's post-credits scene ended with Scott Lang being trapped in the Quantum Realm. This came as a result of Thanos' snap dusting Hope van Dyne, Hank Pym, and Janet van Dyne, making it impossible for them to pull Scott back out.
While it's always clear that Allison is Scott's soul mate, she would have stopped him from embracing his true potential. If Allison had stayed alive, Scott would have never grown. He would have always been trying to be the Scott that Allison loved. Scott's development started with Allison but it couldn't end with her.
According to Tyler Posey, who plays Scott McCall, Allison and Scott had sexual relations eleven times on-screen. Scott and Allison's relationship became a fan favorite over the years and continues to have a strong following in the fandom even after Allison's death.
Along side him is his best friend Stiles Stilinski (played by Dylan O'Brien), who despite not being a werewolf himself, helps Scott to navigate this new life.
