Count Dooku knew that Palpatine was Sidious. Dooku didn't hint to the Jedi that the Sith Lord they were seeking might be someone inside the republic for no reason. Dooku and Palpatine's plan was always to lure the Jedi into striking, though for Dooku it might serve a double purpose.
Atleast those knew for sure that palpatine was darth sidious before he became emperor of the galaxy. Count Dooku definetly knew, Mas Amedda, Tarkin, and Maul possibly knew.
