Albus Dumbledore possessed all three Hallows, but not at the same time. He mastered the Elder Wand, borrowed the Cloak of Invisibility from James Potter before giving it to Harry during his first year at Hogwarts, and found the Resurrection Stone in the Gaunt shack.
After spending many months looking into Voldemort's past, Albus Dumbledore was able to track down the location of the ring and retrieve it. Though he had long since abandoned his personal quest to find the Deathly Hallows, he immediately realised that this ring contained the Resurrection Stone.
What would happen if someone possessed the 3 Deathly Hallows at once and used them in unison? The so called master of death would die early. According to the legend, 'death' gave those powerful items to the three brothers to 'claim' them, since they had 'cheated' their way out of his grasp.
However, Harry's story revealed that destiny had much to do with who would unite the Deathly Hallows—and destiny wasn't on Grindelwald's side. Though Grindelwald was seen to have the Elder Wand in the Fantastic Beasts movies, he never came close to locating the other Deathly Hallows.
Dumbledore, who had searched for the Deathly Hallows in youth, asked to borrow the Cloak from James to study it. After James was killed, the Cloak was left in Dumbledore's possession.

How did Snape see Harry in the Invisibility Cloak?
Snape definitely knew because in book 4 when Harry sees crouch in Snapes office, he's in his invisibility cloak. As soon as snape sees the golden egg and the map he says 'potters here' to mad eye. Potters here. This is his egg and he's in his invisibility cloak.
James inherited the Cloak from his father, Fleamont Potter, who inherited it as a descendant of Iolanthe Peverell — a granddaughter of Ignotus Peverell. The Cloak passed down through generations of the family until it reached James and then Harry.
How did Voldemort know Dumbledore had the Elder Wand?
Voldemort broke into the prison Nurmengard Castle, where Gellert Grindelwald was being held, and demanded to know the location of the Elder Wand. It was only during the confrontation in Grindelwald's cell that Voldemort learned Albus Dumbledore had claimed the wand in a duel decades back.
Draco Malfoy was not the one who killed Albus Dumbledore, as Severus Snape intervened. Still, he did become the rightful owner of the Elder Wand after disarming the powerful wizard. Draco was unaware that he was the true owner of the Elder Wand at that moment and never wielded it.
Why didn't Grindelwald tell Voldemort where the Elder Wand was?
What made things interesting was that Grindelwald had refused to tell Voldemort where the Elder Wand was. He knew that Dumbledore was the current owner and he probably worked out that it remained with Dumbledore in his tomb.
The prophecy is mentioned throughout the series, however, it never exclusively mentions that Harry is The Chosen One and suggests Neville was another option. However, one theory explains why, in reality, this wasn't possible.
Notably, Voldemort appeared to be entirely unaware of this split, as he later created a seventh Horcrux in his quest to have six, and continued to target Harry Potter despite him now holding part of Voldemort's own soul.
The wand was made of elder wood, was 15 inches and contained a Thestral tail hair core. This type of wood contained powerful magic and was the rarest of all wand woods, but was said to be deeply unlucky and much more difficult than any other to master.
How did Harry survive if he dropped the resurrection stone?
Harry held the resurrection stone right before he was killed by Voldemort. Even though he dropped the stone at that time he was the Master Of Death. He was in possession of the deathly hallows because the wand was his the cloak was his and then the stone was his. That is why he did not die.
Hoping to revive his dead family members (particularly his sister Ariana Dumbledore), he disregarded the ring's status as a Horcrux and put it on. This enacted the ring's deadly curse, and it began to quickly spread through Dumbledore's body, starting with the hand on which he had put the ring.
On confirming Draco's very much alive status, she plainly lied that Harry Potter was "dead". This action of hers was both very crucial and important, not only for Harry's survival but for Voldemort's final defeat as well, thus ensuring Harry was again protected by a mother's love, although indirectly.
Ultimately, it's a good thing that Dumbledore's plans didn't work out because if Draco hadn't disarmed the headmaster, Harry wouldn't have gained the Elder Wand's power when he later disarmed Draco. This was proof that, unlike Dumbledore, Harry was destined to reunite the Hallows and become Master of Death all along.
When Harry disarmed Draco in Malfoy Manor, the Elder Wand's allegiance shifted to him. Thus, when Voldemort tried to use the Killing Curse on Harry, the Elder Wand refused to attack him. The curse backfired, defeating the Dark Lord once and for all. It is unknown if Draco ever got his original wand back.
He was tortured by Lord Voldemort for information regarding the twin cores of Harry Potter's wand and his own. Ollivander told him that he merely needed to use a wand other than his own to face Harry Potter.
However in Part 2's Gringotts lobby scene, Hermione-impersonated Bellatrix refuses to show her wand as ID. In the movie Griphook can be heard whispering "They know. They know she's an impostor. They've been warned", so obviously the request for the wand was unexpected even to him.
Malfoy is also convinced (to a certain extent) that it is Harry, but he isn't so sure, so he asks his son - Draco - if he recognises him. Unfortunately, Malfoy isn't sure of it as well, so Lucius has no evidence or confirmation that it is Harry.
The Potters' generational wealth is traced back to their ancestor, Linfred of Stinchcombe, who amassed a great fortune through his medicinal services and inventions of healing potions.
It is known that Harry is a descendant of Ignotus Peverell (The brother that received the Invisibility Cloak), and Voldemort is descended from Cadmus Peverell (The brother that received the Resurrection Stone).
While in school together, Sirius once tricked Snape into almost entering the Shrieking Shack while Lupin was there, transformed into a werewolf. James realised the danger and stopped Snape, saving his life; this is the incident Dumbledore referred to at the end of the first book.
