Did Kong give Godzilla a good fight?
While Godzilla had more advantages and abilities, Kong still put up a solid fight against Godzilla, so I wouldn't consider him the weakest Titan. Kong gave it his all and while being severely injured still refused to submit, earning Goji's respect.
Godzilla respected Kong for not backing down. He still new he had won, and he had secured his title as “King” and it would never belong to Kong since he was defeated. He had no need to kill him.
The rivalry between Godzilla and King Kong is well noted within their established mythos, including and especially the current MonsterVerse canon, but there's one kaiju Godzilla hates far more than Kong (or any other Titan, for that matter): King Ghidorah - and there's only one reason as to why.
Of these fights, Godzilla has won three, Kong has won one, and there was one tie. So, as far as the movies are concerned, Godzilla is the stronger fighter. Biologically, he also has the upper hand.

Strength is subjective in the kaiju world because the stats on these creatures are all over the place and most are not accurate. There is only one that constantly reigns supreme in physical strength. That is of course King Ghidorah the alien dragon from the deep cosmos.
Godzilla never feared any threat that comes his way whether its the JSDF or some other god that comes his way. But there were times where he was puzzled when he sees a creature that he is not used to seeing.
Minilla - Minilla is the weakest Godzilla, and also the ugliest Godzilla. He is the adopted son of Showa Godzilla and is basically just a pushover baby who you want to strangle to death.
