In Bloodline, Leia does sort of come to terms with Anakin/Vader. It is not forgiveness, really (this is the man who watched her planet get blown up, tortured her, tortured her husband, and was a known ruthless killer of dozens if not hundreds of people).

Padmé was born in 46 BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin) and Anakin's miraculous Force-created birth came in 41 BBY, so Padmé was five years older than him. They did not meet until Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, which took place in 32 BBY.
Darth Vader DEFINITELY knows he's Anakin.. but it's something he HATES about himself. He's constantly haunted by Anakin's memories, but he does his best to “kill" that part of him. He WANTS them to be different people, in his mind he killed Anakin and rose as something stronger. However he's always aware of his past.
