In Mexico, the Bride tracks Bill to a hotel and discovers that their daughter B.B. is still alive, now four years old. The Bride kills Bill using the five-point-palm exploding heart technique, taught to her by Pai Mai. Beatrix leaves with B.B. to start a new life.
The Bride fulfilled her mission in Kill Bill: Volume 2 and, as the title says, she finally killed Bill with a legendary death blow known as the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique, taught to her by martial arts master Pai Mei (Gordon Liu).
The two begin to fight, but Beatrix traps Bill's sword in her scabbard and strikes him with the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique. Surprised that Pai taught her the attack, Bill reconciles with her, then falls dead as he walks away. Beatrix leaves with B.B. to start a new life.

The movie ends, unsurprisingly, with the Bride killing Bill, as the title promised. Chronologically, this final scene is also the final scene of the story. But everything leading up to that point is jumbled out of order.
Bill only sent Elle to Bud's to confirm Beatrix Kiddo was dead and collect her sword. Elle then killed Bud with a black mamba out of jealousy that he'd been the one to kill Beatrix and not her. When she reports back to Bill she lies claiming The Bride killed Bud by hiding the snake in his trailer.
Bill asks if Bud has kept up with his sword play, to which Bud remarks that he pawned his Hanzo sword. This we later find out is a lie, so clearly Bud is only saying this to wound his brother by leading him to believe he sold a priceless gift from his brother for only a couple hundred bucks.
Budd lies simply to hurt Bill. Obviously Bill and Budd are feuding and Bill must have done something to Budd (seeing as how Bill says, "Can't we just put the past in the past?"). The sword was a huge gift to Budd; to tell Bill that he sold it was just meant to be a crushing blow to his heart.
In Kill Bill: Volume 1, The Bride wakes up from her coma, and by examining her hands, she realizes that four years have passed since Bill and the rest of the gang killed the wedding party and attempted to kill her.
The Black Mamba represented her past with the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad, and when she is betrayed by Bill (David Carradine) she is reborn as The Bride. It is not until Kill Bill: Volume 2 that Tarantino stops having The Bride's name censored out when her true identity is revealed as Beatrix Kiddo.
The fight scene with the Crazy 88 is shown entirely in color, compared to the standard version of Kill Bill Vol. 1 which cuts to black-and-white to keep the film from receiving a harsh NC-17 rating.
