Not only did Ben care little for the Jedi, he also viewed Luke as the person keeping him away from his parents. And the strict rules of the Order only made matters worse, as Ben felt they limited his potential, and forced him to forgo attachments.

Soon after the battle, Rey and Solo bonded and conceived their son, Zayne. During her pregnancy, Rey could sense her son through the Force, and felt both the light side and the dark within him, seeing his nature of innocence and strength.
Another moment in “The Rise of Skywalker” that generated a polarizing response is when Rey and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) share a passionate kiss before his death. I suggest that when Ren's emotional outbursts, impulsivity, and unstable self-concept are looked at more closely, there is plenty of evidence to suggest that he suffers from Borderline Personality Disorder and that perhaps he is simply not just a cold-hearted villain after all.
Although Solo was the last of the Skywalker bloodline, Rey assumed the name "Skywalker" to honor their memory, repudiating her own heritage as a Palpatine.
Reclaiming his identity as Ben Solo, the redeemed Jedi joined Rey on Exegol to save her from Sidious and defeat him once and for all, though the effort took Rey's life. When Solo sacrificed himself to revive Rey, he died and became one with the Force, joining his parents, uncle, and grandfather.
But if Palpatine essentially fathered Anakin through the Force, the Emperor would be the great-grandfather of Kylo Ren and the grandfather of Rey, making the pair first cousins once removed.
