Eventually, after regaining his memories and Tori's death during the season, Vincent realizes that he is still in love with Cat and tries to win her back, but she rejects his advances. However, slowly she starts to realize that she still loves him and they both get back together near the end of the season.
Before she can, though, Vincent escapes from prison and becomes a fugitive. Vincent later finds Catherine, and tells him he's going to run away in order to protect her from losing her job. Catherine decides to go with Vincent rather than risk losing him again.
After that experience, Catherine changes her life completely and becomes an investigator for the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. In Season Three, Catherine becomes pregnant with Vincent's child and is captured by Gabriel. She is later murdered by Gabriel who overdoses her with morphine.
Vincent and Katherine get back together. Vincent asks Catherine to marry him and she gets permission from her father, Satan, and accepts. They move to the underworld together. Vincent decides to ditch both of his love interests and takes out a loan.
Tori ultimately died trying to win Vincent back; with her last breath, she encouraged Vincent's love for Catherine. Vincent was guilt-ridden afterwards and realized that Tori was right – though he cared about Tori, he was still in love with Catherine.

Do Vincent and Catherine break up?
During the season, Vincent and Cat briefly break up with each other, due to Vincent having changed so much because of Muirfield wiping his memory. Cat starts a relationship with Gabe, a previous beast, now turned ally, while Vincent starts to date Tori, a wealthy socialite who has discovered that she is also a Beast.
Vincent later finds Catherine, and agrees to help to stop the threat. Catherine tells him that together, they can stop bigger threats and save innocent people. Vincent tells her that he can't do it without her by his side, and proposes to Catherine. She happily accepts, and they get engaged.
To get the Catherine (True) ending, you have to have Vincent's Karma meter at Max Chaotic before arriving at Empireo, and answer all further questions with choosing freedom and excitement. In this ending, you end up marrying Catherine and ruling the Underworld.
The true ending is very similar to the good ending. Vincent will marry Catherine and move to the Underworld, but there will be an additional scene where Vincent becomes a demon as well. As a demon, he overthrows Nergal and takes over the throne with a group of succubi surrounding him.
A bit later, Vincent is introduced to Catherine — a girl sharing the same name as his girlfriend. The two hit it off at the Stray Sheep, a bar the main cast of the game frequents. Catherine forces herself onto Vincent, later leading to a love-affair as the two return to his apartment.

There is a 9th ending if the player unlock and completes all the Babel trials. Each ending completed will unlock one achievement .
