Mandalorian armor was traditionally made out of almost indestructible Mandalorian iron (beskar), but this was rare and expensive, so many Mandalorians, such as Jango and Boba Fett, opted for less durable materials instead, such as durasteel or duraplast.
Beskar was a material used by the various groups, clans and houses of Mandalore's people, such as the clans Wren, Vizsla, Saxon, and Kryze; and the Nite Owls, as well as the Children of the Watch.
Din Djarin's armor was unique to him, being one of the only Mandalorians who wear pure beskar armor. Din Djarin's Armor had 2 variants, Din's old, and Din's new armor. After his fight with the Mudhorn, Din had to replace his armor, as it was of no use anymore.
What makes much of the armor in The Clone Wars different from Din Djarin's or Bo-Katan and her Nite Owl's is that it isn't pure Beskar. The Mandalorian makes a point of saying that he finds pure Beskar, which is the metal in its best and strongest state.

Boba Fett's armor was a suit of customized Mandalorian armor worn by Boba Fett, a human clone who became a bounty hunter. The armor was made from beskar. It consisted of a helmet, a cuirass, vambraces with retractable wrist blades, and a Z-6 jetpack.
Darth Vader's armor isn't made of beskar, but of durasteel, allowing mobility and absorbing energy from lightsaber blows. Obsidian in the armor supercharged Vader's dark side power, turning anger into a power source.
In contrast, Din Djarin's armor was made from pure beskar, earned through the bounty on Grogu. This made Djarin's armor rare and even more durable than normal Mandalorian armor, allowing it to stay shiny and undamaged even when he walked into a barrage of blaster fire.
One possibility is that he made it using beskar found on Mandalore, as his newly introduced troopers (along with his refreshed body armor) are equipped with the steel-like substance. If that's the case, Gideon likely crafted it in order to be as intimidating and scary as possible to his enemies.

Clan Mudhorn was a Mandalorian clan formed in the New Republic Era. It was composed of Din Grogu, a Force-sensitive Apprentice, and bounty hunter Din Djarin, who served as its leader. The Mandalorian clan's signet was the skull of a mudhorn, which was bestowed upon them by the Armorer of the Tribe.
Tarre Vizsla was a Force-sensitive human male who, was inducted into the Jedi Order around 1050 BBY, becoming the first Mandalorian to do so. Tarre eventually became a famous Jedi Knight. Vizsla created the Darksaber during his time as a Jedi.
There have been other Mandalorians who have become Jedi, though. The first was Tarre Vizsla, the Mandalorian Jedi who created the Darksaber. Huyang mentions in Ahsoka episode 3 that there have also been few other Mandalorians who have trained to be Jedi in addition to Tarre and Sabine.
Why Is the Darksaber Heavy for Din? The Armorer mentions in passing during The Mandalorian that the difficulty related to wielding the Darksaber is driven by its user fighting against the blade itself rather than letting themselves go with the natural flow of combat.
The helmet was designed to look sinister; as a Knight of Ren, Ren was part of an enclave of dark side warriors who wore masks to induce fear in their prey. Ren's helmet was a symbolic reminder of his lineage as Darth Vader's grandson, serving no practical use in his life.
Kylo Ren's obsession with Vader is clear, but Star Wars never explained how he acquired the helmet. It is speculated that he may have found it himself on Endor, or it could have been passed down to him by Supreme Leader Snoke.
In the Star Wars prequels, Jango removes his helmet more or less whenever he's not fighting, happy for Obi-Wan, the people of Kamino, Count Dooku and others to see his (or, indeed, Temuera Morrison's) face.
Jango Fett was a Mandalorian. He got the distinctive Beskar steel armor and attached weapons systems the same way every other warrior of the clan did; he earned it. Jango fought in the Mandalorian Civil War as a Mandalorian Commando. He was a foundling, just like Din Djarin long after him.
