After the overthrow of the corrupt Vulcan High Command and the death of Admiral Maxwell Forrest, who sacrificed his life to save Soval from a terrorist attack, the attitudes of Soval, and Vulcan society in general, became more cordial and accepting towards humanity.
In turn, the Vulcans were arrogant and condescending to humans. Enterprise's Vulcans behaved differently from how Star Trek fans expected, and there was an undercurrent of racism present from both cultures. This is something T'Pol, Archer, and the NX-01 Enterprise crew overcame over their years serving together.
Human DNA and Vulcan DNA, Phlox says there's no medical reason why they can't combine. So if a Vulcan and a human ever decided to have a child, it's probably be ok. And that's sort of comforting. So a Denobulan doctor knew a way to make hybrids a full 75 years before Spock was conceived.
But throughout the shows, it is shown with prolonged exposure, they grow accustomed to it, and it eventually bothers them much less than it did at first. While this is the most prominent reason Vulcans think humans smell, the reason they specifically think they smell bad is primarily due to the difference in culture.
Vulcans are notably stronger than humans, as seen throughout Star Trek. In The Original Series, Captain Kirk (William Shatner) was more likely to talk it out in disagreements with others, but he was more than capable of winning a fight if it came down to it.

Spock once took on a genetically enhanced human he couldn't overpower — Khan Noonien Singh. Khan was the product of late 20th-century genetic engineering and ruled over a significant portion of Earth during the height of the Eugenics Wars.
Vulcans are mostly Vegetarians and supposedly didn't drink alcohol though they were often seen doing so. Vulcans are not supposed to eat chocolate. The way Sucrose in chocolate is broken down by Vulcan metabolism has the same effect as humans metabolizing Alcohol, the Vulcan may become inebriated (Drunk).
Vulcan finger-touching was a ritualistic gesture among Vulcans involving the index and middle fingers. It was used throughout their culture, including in public as a greeting or to signify affection, intimacy, respect, or meditation. It was also used at reunions, at wedding ceremonies, and during the pon farr.
The majority of characters still eat and enjoy animal protein, with one societal exception: the Vulcans. The first, more obvious reasons behind not eating meat, is that the Vulcans have a profound respect for all living creatures, and eating them would go against everything they stood for in this respect.
There are instances of them living over 220 years. Having evolved on a fictional desert planet, Vulcans can survive without water for longer periods than humans. Vulcans can also go without sleep for as long as two weeks.
In Star Trek lore, Vulcan is the home of logic, learning and the deeply beloved first officer Mr. Spock. While Vulcan is fictional, the star system it belongs to–40 Eridani–is very real. It's located only 16.5 light-years away from Earth and its primary star can be spotted with the naked eye.
This makes Human/Vulcan or Human/Romulan mix canon, but only if the parents had genetic assistance. The exception would be Klingon/Romulan, which is a canon hybrid (ask Paramount how that was able to take place). Some sentient hybrids include: Cardassian/Bajoran.
At least some Vulcans, such as notably Sybok, believe in an idyllic place from which they as a people were born. Their name for this place is Sha Ka Ree ("Star Trek V"). Ancient Vulcans practiced a polytheistic faith. Among their gods were the gods of War, Peace and Death (TNG: "Gambit, Part II").
Yet, they still haven't shared their advanced technology with us because they say that humans aren't ready. Jonathan Archer believes those delaying tactics prevented his father -- who worked on warp engines for more than 30 years -- from seeing his own engines fly. This, understandably, ticked Archer off.
There are many ways that humans or other species display similar or greater intelligence than Vulcans. This is because in Star Trek, one's intellect is determined by their willingness to learn rather than whether their blood is green or red.
It was Jupiter who finally saved the day: he promised that if Vulcan released Juno he would give him a wife, Venus the goddess of love and beauty. Vulcan agreed and married Venus. Vulcan later built a smithy under Mount Etna on the island of Sicily.
In Star Trek, pon farr occurs in Vulcans and causes them to go into heat once every seven years. They become irrational and violent, and if they don't return home and find a mate, they die.
(sorry guys, but I cant think of any other examples right now) so, after 100, for every two years a vulcan ages, he ages one Human year, starting at 30 when he is 100. so that would mean that by 120, he would be 40 ,and by 130, he would be 45, and by 150, he would be 55, and by 170, he would be 65.
You wouldn't expect it, but Vulcans keep pets just like humans do. They just happen to be bear-like creatures with six-inch fangs — like I-Chaya, Mr. Spock's pet sehlat.
The headgear comes off one of the dead goons and Picard sees that they are Romulans. Unfortunately, one of the wounded Romulans spits some weird, green "Alien"-acid-for-blood stuff that hits Dahj and the disruptor rifle she's holding, causing it to overload and explode. (Who knew Romulan stomach acid was so dangerous?)
After being encouraged to use his anger to battle the vicious Gorn, Spock unleashes a palpable rage as he goes after the dangerous hatchlings. Spock states earlier in the episode that "without proper mindfulness, Vulcan emotion is dangerous," and that becomes clear when he releases his fury.
Spock's Vulcan physiology makes him many times stronger than a human while Khan was enhanced with superior physical abilities. Khan's boosted intellect is also comparable to Spock's Vulcan intelligence.
