While Peter never straight up told Aunt May that he was in fact Spider-Man, there is a very strong possibility that she already knows his secret. Even though Harris' Aunt May didn't have a big finding-out-scene as Tomai did in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Spider-Man 2 strongly hinted that she knew.
That movie would be “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” which takes place after “Civil War.” It ended with a clearly shocked and angry Aunt May walking in on Pete in his bedroom while he's in full Spidey regalia (well, sans mask).

One of the pivotal scenes in the 2004 installment was after Peter had told Aunt May what happened the night Uncle Ben died and he could have stopped it from happening.
Aunt May's relationship with J. Jonah Jameson, Sr. is probably the steamiest out of all her affairs. It's the romance she deserves. It's perhaps the closest to her relationship with the late Ben Parker too, since May and Jonah could bond over their shared experiences with losing their spouses tragically.
Ben and May had never had children of their own, but after Richard and Mary died, they became Peter's surrogate parents and raised him as if he were their own son.

Well, Tomei was 52 when Civil War came out, so we can assume that May is in her early 50's when the events in the MCU play out. Also remember that May is one of the unlucky 50% of the population that gets blipped when Thanos gathers the infinity stones, so she doesn't age much between Homecoming and Far From Home.
The film reveals that several more characters had been blipped and restored, including Peter's aunt May Parker and his classmates Ned Leeds, MJ, Betty Brant, and Flash Thompson. Parker's teacher Roger Harrington complains that his wife had pretended to have been blipped in order to leave him.
Peter was even directly responsible for her death, as his request to Doctor Strange started off the events that led to the Green Goblin coming to his universe. No Way Home, therefore, made it apparent that Ben was never referenced in the MCU because he didn't need to be.

Aunt May has "died" several times. In her most recent "death", the "Aunt May" who died was discovered to be a "genetically-altered actress" who impersonated her while May was held captive by villains.
In Spider-Man: No Way Home, minutes after Peter Parker's identity as Spider-Man has been revealed to the world, May and Happy are in her apartment, breaking up. May lets Happy down easy saying their short-lived romance was fun but was a fling, not a real relationship.
Richie is not very understanding of her reasons for not sleeping with him, and starts an affair with May. May tells Mary she is cheating on Ben, but not with whom. A while later, she finds out that she is pregnant.
The first character to learn Peter Parker was Spider-Man was the very first villain he faced: Norman Osborn a.k.a. Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe). Norman was Harry's father, so he was close to Peter, and the way he learned that the kid behind the mask was his son's best friend was completely unexpected.
After Peter's "coming out", Robbie reveals he knew Peter was Spider-Man and stands up to J. Jonah Jameson after all the years about his treatment to Peter/Spider-Man. Unable or unwilling to admit that he had gone too far in his hatred of Spider-Man, Jameson fires Robertson. However, he rehires him shortly after.
Ben and May had been married for 50 years and lived a happy life together. May loved Ben so fiercely as she found him to be the most responsible man she ever known.
