Once inside the spiritual realm, Vader went through various trials, but eventually, he found Padmé. All indication was that Vader could have brought her back to life just like Momin did with his body. But Padmé refused to come. She threw herself from a balcony, claiming that she no longer recognized her love.
As he kills one soldier, he says "for Padmé!" to which the dying man tells him "for Anakin." Once they clear out the attack, Darth and his troops end up at the Queen Padmé Amidala's tomb. As Darth Vader takes it all in, Sabé and her handmaidens show up ready to fight.
It's clear that Darth Vader wishes that Padmé joined him so that they could have remained together. But there are moments in Marvel's other Darth Vader series that suggest that, while the Sith Lord is very much still obsessed with the idea of Padmé, her betrayal may have caused him to think ill of his late wife.

Why did Anakin stay Darth Vader after Padmé died?
If there's one thing about Anakin that stayed the same even after he became Vader, it's his desire to feel close to someone. Obi Wan left him for dead, Padme was dead, Shimi was dead, Ahsoka was dead as far he knew, so there was no one else around that would accept Vader.
He had no idea Padmé had given birth before she died, still less that the Jedi had spirited the children away and hidden them. Darth Vader's illusions were shattered shortly after the destruction of the first Death Star.
