Elsa (Idina Menzel) demonstrates traits of paranoid personality disorder. She is definitely guarded and suspicious. She is so scared her powers will hurt someone again that she closes herself off. Also, she does not want to strike others with “fear”; Elsa wants to be accepted, not chased away.
But is it healthy? In Part I of the Frozen series, I suggested that Elsa experiences something like borderline personality disorder (BPD). In this interpretation, Elsa's frozen rages are an outward display of the emotional dysregulation she feels inside.
Anna's parents rush her to the sacred realm, where discussions with the trolls reveal that Elsa was born with her powers/ depigmentation and deafness, rather than them being due to illness or accident. Grand Pabbie troll heals Anna but removes her memories of Elsa's magic.
One of Elsa's biggest problems in Frozen was her inability to control her powers. "Let It Go" showed her slowly learning to let loose and embrace her abilities, and by the end of the film, she was able to take back her unending winter.
Borderline personality disorder is one of the most painful mental illnesses since individuals struggling with this disorder are constantly trying to cope with volatile and overwhelming emotions.

Although Elsa's disability is encoded as a magical ice power, the language the film uses to talk about her condition maps on to the experiences of people with physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities in recognizable ways.
Elsa, however, is risk-averse, anxious, and self-doubting. This is her biggest test. She must accept her crown and scepter with ungloved hands. Should she slip up or let her emotions overwhelm her, she may let the magic out, revealing who she really is.
Elsa fears she will not be accepted by her sister or her town. This feeling worsens as her parents pass away. Now with no one having knowledge of her powers the pressure increases for her to stay hidden. As she becomes required to attend her coronation, she begins overthinking how she will keep her powers hidden.
In Frozen 2, Elsa spends most of her journey traveling with her “Let It Go” braid, but as she gets closer to Ahtohallan and her physical and emotional challenges become more steep, she first lets her hair down into a ponytail, then ultimately undoes it altogether for “Show Yourself,” emphasizing her ultimate ...
Basically, Elsa calls it a curse because she sees it as one, but it isn't; she was born with it. I think elsa inherited her powers from someone such as a grandfather, who was cursed with ice powers( notice the book).

Believing this to be his true love, he finds and kisses her. The Princess then wakes up, the spell being broken by their first kiss. She is then swept off her feet and rides into the sunset with her Prince Charming. Snow White can be classified as having Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Personality disorders that are susceptible to worsening with age include paranoid, schizoid, schizotypal, obsessive compulsive, borderline, histrionic, narcissistic, avoidant, and dependent, Dr.
People with borderline personality disorder may experience intense mood swings and feel uncertainty about how they see themselves. Their feelings for others can change quickly, and swing from extreme closeness to extreme dislike. These changing feelings can lead to unstable relationships and emotional pain.
