Hercules is a minor character in Blood of Zeus. Like Heron, he is was demigod son of Zeus born out of wedlock. Once in Olympus, Hercules becomes a god, the God of Heroes and Strength, and, having reconciled with Hera, marries her daughter Hebe.
The mythological Greek deity Hades often appears in popular culture. In spite of his present neutrality and lack of bad deeds, he is often portrayed as a villain due to his association with death and the underworld.

Who got Demeter pregnant?
Demeter is the goddess of the harvest, fertility, and the earth. She never married, but had two children by her brother, Zeus. She bore him a daughter, Persephone, and a son, Iacchus. She also had a love affair with Iasion, a Titan.
Apollo is a recurring character who first appeared in the second episode of Blood of Zeus. Like Heron and Hermes, he is the son of Zeus born out of wedlock. He is also a member of the Pantheon who resides on Olympus.
Hades was only depicted outside of the underworld once in myth, and even that is believed to have been an instance where he had just left the gates of the underworld, which was when Heracles shot him with an arrow as Hades was attempting to defend the city of Pylos.
Persephone subsequently gave birth to a son, named Zagreus or Dionysos. She lived at mount Nysa until Hades brought her forcibly to the Underworld and married her. Most sources state that Hades and Persephone never had children.
Persephone doesn't exhibit the classic blind faith in Hades typical of Stockholm syndrome: when Hades cheats on her, she cruelly punishes his lover, turning her (Minthe) into a plant, hence the mint plant.
That said, Blood of Zeus' story does not seem to be over as the show's makers, Charley Parlapanides and Vlas Parlapanides, revealed in a past Inverse interview that they intend to make at least five seasons of the mythological series.
Though the gods have had hundreds of tales told about them throughout history, Blood of Zeus has recontextualized them into a dramatic new package for modern audiences.
Zeus overpowers Hera, allowing Heron to retrieve the cauldron while the leader of the Giants wounds Zeus. Hera is betrayed and almost killed by the Giants' leader, but Zeus sacrifices his own life to save her. Seraphim severs Hera's right arm, taking the cauldron while Hera flees.
Seen as Castlevania managed to develop it's cast much better in a short ammount of episodes, the issues is that there are too many characters in Blood of Zeus to be developped in around 4 hours. This causes most of the side characters and even some of the ones that could be considered main characters to feel tacked in.
Although Zeus's power is at times challenged in the myths, such as when his wife Hera leads a rebellion to unseat him that is ultimately unsuccessful, as a god, Zeus is immortal and cannot be killed.
Astraeus warns her that Persephone will be ravished and impregnated by a serpent. Demeter then hides Persephone in a cave; but Zeus, in the form of a serpent, enters the cave and rapes Persephone. Persephone becomes pregnant and gives birth to Zagreus.
Hades was never married to Demeter, and was NEVER married to anyone except for Persephone. He did have some flings with other women, but those typically did not end well for them (ask Minthe). Their relationship was relatively healthy (minus the whole kidnapping thing) and they genuinely seemed to love each other.
Hades is infertile. This is possibly due to him being the God of the Dead, and therefore, he can't produce life. Hades visits the Mortal Realm once a year to inspect volcanoes.
Sisyphus is credited with being the founder and first king of Corinth. He gained infamy for his trickery and wicked intelligence, but his greatest feat was to cheat death and Hades himself, not once but twice, thus living up to Homer's description of him as "the most cunning of men" (Iliad, 6:153).
Persephone and Hades met under unlikely circumstances. Hades was deeply lonely in his vast underworld castle, and longed for a life partner to keep him company. While visiting the upper world Hades spotted the young and beautiful Persephone picking flowers in a meadow and was immediately entranced by her.
He was swallowed by his father, Cronus, before being freed by his brother, Zeus. He joined with Zeus and the Olympians to defeat Cronus and the Titans. He ruled over the Underworld and judgement of the dead.
Ares catches Hermes by the necklace and throws him into Apollo, sending them flying across the arena. Ares is soon struck by lightning, signaling the arrival of his father, Zeus.
