Titan Comics has taken over the publishing rights for Conan the Barbarian. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Titan Comics has nabbed the publishing rights to Conan the Barbarian. The rights previously belonged to Marvel Comics, who acquired the rights in 2018 and then started a new Conan the Barbarian run in 2019.
Dark Horse Comics published Conan from 2003 to 2018, when the rights were reacquired by Marvel Comics. Marvel published Conan comics until 2022, when Titan Comics took over the license (through Heroic Signatures) to begin publishing its own series. Cover to Conan the Savage #6 (Jan. 1996).
Originally created in 1932 for Weird Tales magazine by Robert E. Howard, Conan the Barbarian was published under Marvel Comics until the publisher lost rights to the character in the early 2000s.
Despite the character constantly being moved around different publishing companies, the character would obviously never fit within the MCU. In a time of multidimensional villains and space-faring heroes, the loin-cloth wearing barbarian would be sorely out of place within the world of superheroes.

However, Marvel announced in May that they had lost the rights to the character and that Conan would be leaving the universe once again.

Howard, entering into a co-publishing venture with Heroic Signature, the intellectual property house that owns the rights.
Funcom have acquired the Cabinet Group, the company which owns the intellectual properties Conan The Barbarian and Mutant Year Zero. Funcom have already developed several Conan games by licensing the IP, including the MMO Age Of Conan and more recently the survival game Conan Exiles.
It was recently announced that Marvel Comics chose not to renew their license to print comics featuring Conan the Barbarian. This put an end to the Cimmerian warrior's series under the publisher, along with his role in the Marvel Universe proper within the pages of Savage Avengers.
Conan has gone through a number of owners since Robert E. Howard's death. The copyright for the early REH stories has lapsed, and Funcom is the current owner of the trademarks and remaining copyrights.
