When Michael stabs Doug after the cop is lured into the sewers by Corey Cunningham, he seems to be recharging after every stab. At the beginning of the film, Michael is weak. As the film progresses, and he kills more people, he becomes stronger.

As shown being fueled by anger, Michael is totally immune to physical pain. Michael can take many bullets; he was able to withstand a shootout from the police and he also survived two bullets to the head. Myers is mentally resistant to all pain (physical and mental) but will suffer harm from pain just as any other living person would, he can just "power through" the injuries.
This is given as the reason that Myers keeps coming back - there is always a surviving family member that he is yet to kill (his sister, then his niece, then the niece's baby). The Curse of the Thorn basically makes him super human strong and nigh unkillable.
Basically, Michael killed his sister Judith because of a curse that was placed on him. A weirdo doctor thought it would be chill to cast this curse, even though it results in death and chaos over a long course of time. Michael simply serves as a killing machine to keep the cult of thorn thriving.
3 Michael Myers — 'Halloween' Franchise — 160+ Victims
With the Halloween franchise having produced so many movies with the terrifying figure of Michael Myers as the villain, it should be no surprise that his kill count is nearly 200 people.
After getting her son to safety, Laurie decides to face Michael and ultimately decapitates him. Halloween: Resurrection, which picks up three years after H20, retcons Michael's death, establishing that the man Laurie decapitated was a paramedic whom Michael had attacked and swapped clothes with before escaping.
Without the new trilogy, Michael Myers would be #No. 3 on this list, but with the new movies giving Michael a bevy of additional kills, he moved ahead of Jason, although he's still quite a ways off from the No. 1 horror villain of all time.
Therein lies his biggest weakness: Michael only goes on killing rampages around Halloween, so he's very predictable. His victims only have to avoid him for one night, and they have the rest of the year to plan how to do that, potentially giving them the upper hand.
His bloodthirsty obsession with her no longer stems from a familial connection. It's simply a continuation of him seeing her as the right victim and then becoming consumed by his own inability to kill her.
Contrary to popular belief, Michael Myers' face has been revealed before Halloween Kills. The slasher villain has been unmasked a couple of times before, and he looks mildly different each time. The first time audiences caught a glimpse of Michael Myers unmasked was none other than John Carpenter's original Halloween.
Quite simply, he chooses not to. Dr. Loomis is quoted in the series as saying that Michael can talk, but simply doesn't. There's no known damages to his mouth, tongue, or vocal cords.
Michael Myers' being an older man who endured grievous injuries could work on screen had the kills he committed played to his strengths. In doing so, it would've meant that Michael would have had to lean more into his sneaking and stalking, as he was no longer the killer he once was.

In the original film, Michael Myers wore a mask because he was not a person, but “the embodiment of evil.” He was called “The Shape” and only existed to murder unsuspecting people. Wearing a mask takes away his identity which makes him more menacing.
In the first Halloween film, Michael eats a dog because he was hungry. They don't go into what he eats again until H20 where we see rat carcasses with teeth marks in them. Michael was six when he was institutionalized. It's not like he can just walk into a grocery store and buy himself steaks for dinner.
