He's stronger, faster, tougher and has a better Spider-sense. Miles has more varied powers and it's not even very relevant since Peter has replicated all of his powers through tech. The “New suit” even has pyrotechnic webbing and electric webbing, the “big time” outfit has built in light-bending tech.
Miles Morales in Spider-Verse showcases his power by integrating his abilities with his sense of identity and inner strength. Miles is the strongest Spider-Man because his powers seem to be deeply tied to his emotions, reaching incredibly upper limits when he's pushed to his limits.
