Billy Loomis is the ex boyfriend of Sidney Prescott and one of the first Ghostfaces. While the both of them were dating, he cheated on Sidney with a girl named Christina Carpenter who later on went on to have Billy's daughter, Samantha Carpenter.
Campbell hasn't ultimately said goodbye to Sidney and the Scream movies, so if the studio agrees to pay her fairly, it's likely she would return as a character for Scream 7. New characters might be at the center of the current Scream story, but Campbell will always be the face of the franchise.
