Has Hulk ever cried? Instead of being introduced as an relatable figure, the Talos of the original Marvel Comics was a more aggressive enemy, going toe to toe with the Hulk in one of his first appearances. He even managed to bring the Hulk to tears!
Even though Hulk's anger forms are incredibly dominant, the unpleasant emotion that is fear makes the most sense as Bruce's trigger reaction, especially when thinking about all he has endured in his lifetime. On that account, "I'm always scared" could very well be Hulk's new "I'm always angry."
While his mind would be wiped of his friendship with the hero - and he would reencounter him in Planet Hulk and on the Avengers - Hulk will always be haunted by his greatest friendship turning into one of his darkest moments as a hero. Hulk was afraid of The Void not just because of his powers, but what he represented.
"You are like a lion bereft of claws," the Watcher observes, "yet forever straining to rend his prey with vanished talons." In other words, the Hulk knows he should have a genius intellect but can't access it, driving him into a cycle of frustration and rage he can't properly understand or express.

Which Avenger calms Hulk?
The Avengers found that a certain lullaby, typically said by the Black Widow, was able to calm the Hulk and help him revert back to Banner, when the Hulk's strength was no longer needed.
Swords, knives, and more have been used against Hulk and almost none of them even leave a scratch or mark on him. However, with that said, there are two bladed weapons that can cut into Hulk's skin. Adamantium is something that can cause damage to Hulk.
He can lift a commercial airplane – which weighs around 100 tons – when he is at his calmest; that's no problem for him. But the angrier he gets the stronger he gets, and if the Hulk is really pissed, then he can lift anything, including mountains, or even planets!
The Hulk's famous line, "That's my secret, Cap. I'm always angry," from the Avengers (2012) movie is as an assertion that Bruce Banner always bears his rage from being cursed to live as the Hulk. It's a cool line - a cathartic statement about who Banner is a character.
When it comes time to collect the Power Gem, Thanos is forced to battle a brute who unwittingly uses the Gem to increase his strength to near immeasurable limits. While fighting the being known as the Champion, Thanos makes a comment that tells fans he is and has always been afraid to fight the Hulk.
It was only after this transformation that Hulk could wield the Infinity Stones and reverse Thanos' snap, saving the universe. Smart Hulk became a huge MCU hero in the process, but it came at a cost. Using the power of the six Infinity Stones severely damaged his right arm, just as it did to Thanos.
In the comics, when Hulk does speak, it tends to be in the third person, via statements like “Hulk crush” and “Hulk smash.” Over the years his intelligence has fluctuated as the amount of Bruce Banner in Hulk increases and decreases; more Banner meaning more talk, and less Banner, less chat.
However, part of what allows Hulk to be forgiven for the massive destruction he causes is the shockingly small death toll of his frequent rampages. In fact, according to Marvel lore, Hulk has never directly killed an innocent, whether battling the military or tearing down Avengers tower.
Bruce Banner shows signs of suicidal depression throughout his appearances in the MCU. He isolates himself away from people, which can be a tried-and-true sign of depression, and he is forced to live his life between episodes of poor mental health.
Remember that Gray Hulk might be the weakest version of the Hulk of all-time but there was one other time that Hulk went gray after that original appearance. This was when he turned into Mr. Fixit.
After the Illuminati (Black Bolt, Tony Stark, Doctor Strange, and Reed Richards) banished Hulk from Earth, the spacecraft they used explodes, killing Hulk's pregnant wife.
As you know, Bruce is a pretty thin guy, so we assume his junk is pretty standard — but The Hulk's junk is going to be massive. This is going to make sex a real gamble because you might end up with a 20-inch-long and 7-inch-wide veiny rod of tissue in one of two orifices . . . neither of which is going to pleasant.
The Hulk's incredible strength is unmatched, as he can hold up mountains and get stronger with each burst of rage. Despite his immense power, the Hulk has been defeated by heroes like Wolverine, Iron Man, Puck, and the Punisher.
There's no question the Hulk is a near-indestructible force who comes out on top in almost all of his battles of pure strength. However, against Superman, he's outmatched. While Hulk's strength might rival that of the Man of Steel, Superman's other abilities give him a considerable edge against his opponent.
Hulk goes up against Thanos in a fight but is defeated by the Mad Titan. Though it ultimately wasn't surprising that Thanos would beat Hulk, it was shocking to see the easy fashion that he did it in. It could even be assumed that Thanos used the Power Stone that he had.
Due to Thanos' power upgrade, he's actually stronger than the Hulk, as, unlike his opponent, he can seemingly control his rage. The preview ends with Hulk being warned that if he loses control again as he did earlier in the series, the Eye of the Kraken will take him over.
Apocalypse makes his way into this position on the list because he is technically stronger than the Hulk. He also has a multitude of other abilities, including telepathy, telekinesis, and shapeshifting.
Depicted as an evil version of the Hulk from an alternate future (designated by Marvel Comics as Earth-9200), the Maestro possesses Bruce Banner's intelligence and the Hulk's strength and more malevolent personality traits. The Maestro as he appears in The Incredible Hulk: Future Imperfect #1.
