Eventually, Tiffany decides to give up killing to raise her child, but Chucky refuses. The two settle on a plan to transfer their souls into human bodies, and Glen and Glenda into two separate twins, created by impregnating actress Jennifer Tilly with Chucky's sperm in a weird bit of meta humor.
With help from a voodoo pregnancy brought on by Chucky's sperm, Jennifer Tilly gives birth to twins. Glenda briefly shows themself when they are excited that one of the twins is a girl. When Chucky is preparing the chant to allow Glen and Glenda to enter the babies' bodies, the police arrive.
Chucky and Tiffany make plans to transfer their souls into Redman and Jennifer. Tiffany knocks them out and uses a turkey baster to inseminate Jennifer with Chucky's semen, intending to use her baby as a host for Glen's soul.
Tiffany is stabbed in the heart by Chucky, and avenged by Jade who shoots Chucky to death. As she lies dying, Tiffany gives birth to a bloody baby doll which attacks the lieutenant.
Additionally, both twins are played by nonbinary actor Lachlan Watson. By making both twins certain they're nonbinary, Glen and Glenda were able to retain personality traits from their past lives without implying those traits are a result of gender confusion.
Inspired by the Ed Wood-directed film Glen or Glenda, Seed of Chucky introduced the twins as split personalities who possessed one doll. Glen was the sweet mama's boy with a heart of gold while Glenda was the daddy's girl with a taste for blood.
The child isn't "anatomically correct," so Chucky and Tiffany bicker over its gender. Chucky dubs his "son" Glen, and Tiffany dubs her daughter "Glenda." It becomes clear that Glen and Glenda are either two separate personalities or two distinct souls somehow inhabiting the same body.
Chucky escapes from the playpen and electrocutes Tiffany to death before using a voodoo spell to transfer her soul into the bride doll as a form of revenge.
It's soon revealed that, also within the singular doll body, is the soul of Glenda. Glenda has more of an edge to them and isn't shy about murdering the people who get in their way. Fortunately, Tiffany uses magic to separate the two souls in the one doll into two living human bodies.
In the Seed of Chucky (2004), Tiffany was pesting Chucky all throughout the movie to stop the killings and focus on family. Chucky wanted to keep being a serial killer. Towards the bedroom scene when Jennifer gives birth, Tiffany stated that she was tired of Chucky's unwillingness to change and walked out on him.

Also known as the Lakeshore Strangler, we first meet Chucky in his original human form as he's running from the cops in Chicago. Upon being shot, he uses voodoo and an amulet, the Heart of Damballa, to transfer his soul into the closest vessel: a Good Guy doll. And thus, the Chucky we all know and fear came to be.
Glen was completely opposite from their father Chucky and their twin sister, Glenda. Even though he was Chucky's son, who was cruel, malevolent and sadistic, Glen is strikingly meek, kind and compassionate. their parents had their different reactions to their gentle nature.
Child's Play 2 (1990) does make her fate seem dark, however. She didn't back off from sticking to Andy's claims of a killer doll, causing the two to be separated. Little Andy is left with a framed photo of them in happier times. He goes into the foster care system while his mom is institutionalized.
The ultimate choice was to have the corporation that produces the Good Guy dolls reassemble Chucky to show consumers that there's nothing wrong with the doll. Naturally, while doing so, the line worker reassembling the doll is electrocuted by a power surge, thus reviving Chucky.
Played by Jennifer Tilly, Ms. Valentine was killed, became a living doll, and then assumed the role of Chucky's murderous partner in crime before hopping into the body of the actual Jennifer Tilly five years later during Seed of Chucky.
Chucky and Tiffany are accidentally brought back to life by their child when he reads the inscription on the Heart of Damballa out loud. When they see he has no genitals, Tiffany sees it as proof the child is a girl and names it Glenda (feminizing the name, Glen, which Chucky had given to him previously).

In Chucky, flashbacks (which are expanded upon to include a birthday party) put Charles Lee Ray around 8 years old in 1965. As such, the character was born in 1957 and is subsequently 31 at the time of his original human death.
