History. After Deadpool killed the Avengers and New Avengers, he was ripped apart by an angered Hulk. Hulk then left Deadpool, in pieces, before climbing to a cave and turning back into Bruce Banner. Deadpool, now regenerated, made his way to said cave and cut off Banner's head with his two katanas.
Deadpool fights Cage and reveals that he planted some shrunken bombs inside Luke's coffee, so he can blow them up inside him, bypassing his unbreakable skin. As for Thor, he managed to spark some Pym Particles on Mjolnir making it grow in size when it was flying towards Thor, crushing him to his death.
Not for long though, as Deadpool found a way to kill Wolverine in this Marvel reality. In this story however, he needed a carbonadium sword to do it, as that metal is the only one on Earth that can nullify Logan's healing factor. So yes, Deadpool could kill Wolverine.
After Deadpool puts the infinity stone into the gauntlet, he jumps out and uses it to vaporize Thanos and his helicopter with an energy blast from his pointer finger. An attack apparently dubbed an inifinity-powered 'finger blast.
In the Spider Man Deadpool series, the morning after Spidey and Wade danced at a club, Peter opens the door to Deadpool, who shoots him Point Blank in the forehead.
Deadpool then uses the puppets created for him by Puppet Master to kill several cosmic heroes and villains, including the Silver Surfer, Thanos, and even Galactus.

Deadpool is virtually immortal thanks to an array of different factors, but Ghost Rider's abilities come straight from Hell. There are many ways Ghost Rider can hurt Deadpool, but one way he did it in the comics was with the penance stare, which caused Deadpool to feel the pain of those he's hurt in the past.
So, in conclusion, when Hawkeye killed Banner in Civil War 2 using the arrows that Banner designed to kill him and by extension the Hulk permanently, it instead killed the Professor Hulk, causing the loss of his technical skills in technology, as well as Devil Hulk's hatred for Hawkeye.
Deadpool might have his fair share of comedic moments in the Marvel universe, but the mercenary's powers allow him to be one of the strongest Marvel characters, proficient enough to defeat and kill major Marvel heroes ranging from Captain America to The Fantastic Four.
Tony Stark was among the many heroes killed by Deadpool. He was killed among with the Avengers and New Avengers using Pym Particles to secretly shrunk a bunch of bombs and then exploding them in Avengers Mansion.
When a brainwashed Deadpool started murdering superheroes, Miles was advised by Captain America, Hawkeye, and Jessica Jones to go into hiding. Miles; however, couldn't turn his back on his responsibilities as Spider-Man. As a result, he was ambushed and killed by Deadpool.

There's been confusion among fans about whether or not Loki is worthy of wielding Thor's hammer, but Marvel has finally confirmed that the God of Mischief can indeed lift Mjolnir. The Immortal Thor #4 complicated the issue of Loki's worthiness by not allowing him to solely be the one to lift Mjolnir.
Months later, T-Ray, now an agent of Thanos resurrects Deadpool, who has been killed in a fight with Weapon X, using an artifact Thanos gave him to create many copies of Deadpool. Thanos is jealous of Deadpool's relationship with Death and T-Ray is to "curse him with immortality" so that he may never see Death again.
Weapons like the Cosmic Cube, Infinity Gauntlet and the Enigma Force could enable practically anyone to defeat Thanos. Deadpool used these tools well, but he certainly couldn't have killed the powerful villain without them. On his own, the mercenary wouldn't stand a chance against the Mad Titan.
Deadpool showed how smart he was in this fight, though. He used his Pym Particles on Mjolnir after Thor threw it at him. It then returned to Thor as a giant hammer and crushed the God of Thunder. It was even more brutal because Deadpool killed Thor using Mjolnir, a twisting turn of irony.
