The Sentry was contacted by James Rhodes to fight the Hulk, however he became bitten and infected with the zombie contagion when he attempted to help the Hulk after he transformed back into Bruce and the Sentry transformed back into Robert.
While beating him, the Hulk transforms into Bruce and asked Sentry for help. But once Sentry transforms into Robert, Bruce bites his hand, becoming infected with the zombie virus and begins to devour all life in Earth-91126, which turned into Earth-Z.

Who has Sentry killed?
On Osborn's orders, the Sentry ripped Ares in half before reducing Asgard to ruins. After the Void led the Sentry through a brutal battle against the Avengers and Thor, Reynolds reasserted himself and asked the heroes to kill him in SIEGE (2009) #4 by Bendis and Coipel.
With one step, the Hulk almost destroyed New York. It's incredible that even after such an intense fight with the Sentry, the Hulk had the capacity to nearly destroy the world. Ultimately, it was a close match, but it seems that the Hulk won out in the end.

Litterally. Sentry is one of the most powerful non-cosmic entity characters that exists, along with Powerhouse. Even with 2 or 3 stones Thanos might lose.
While Sentry has multiple wins over Thor, every single one came from a version more powerful than Golden Sentry while Thor has stayed his regular self or worse (see golden thor). By feats and fights, Thor would beat Golden Sentry. But he would lose to Voided-Out Sentry, All-New/Perfect Sentry, and Death Seed Sentry.
The Sentry is one of the most powerful heroes in the Marvel Universe, and may be capable of destroying DC's Superman. Superman is arguably the one superhero that all so many others have been derived from or influenced by.
