It has to do with the Enigma Force. The Enigma Force is an entity that represents life and light. When Eddie died during this event, The Enigma Force resurrected him. Once this happened, Venom could use Mjolnir just as easily as the God of Thunder.
Alive for millennia, Thor has been fighting evil for a very long time and there are few who can match his skill. This is one of those fights where Venom just can't hurt Thor. He might be able to slow him down, but Thor's sheer might, combined with the power of Mjolnir, would be too much for Venom to handle.
Shortly after, most of the world's superpowered beings are killed during Ragnarok, leaving only Black Widow, Nick Fury and a handful of others alive. In her desperation, Natasha was able to lift Mjolnir and received an awesome new costume that looked like a cross between Jane Foster's Thor and Valkyrie costumes.

In Norse mythology, the hammer Mjolnir is simply too heavy for anyone other than Thor to lift, but over the centuries, the story evolved and even super-strong entities couldn't lift the weapon.
In the end, Deadpool wasn't worthy. While he seemingly had control of Mjolnir and the strength of Thor, it was all a mirage put on by Loki to distract Thor.
Unlike the others, Zeus is not worthy to lift Mjolnir, but through a loophole, he can anyway. If Mjolnir is to enter his domain, Zeus's MCU powers should override Odin's enchantment, meaning he can hold Mjolnir.
