What doesn't help is that Lo'ak exhibits similar attributes to his father's avatar, five digits of his hands and feet and eyebrows, that serve as a physical reminder of his differences between the rest of his family and the Omatikaya clan at large.
Lo'ak was born into the Omatikaya clan in 2156, as the second son of Jake and Neytiri a year after Neteyam. He is the only one of the three biological children who was born with five fingers and faint eyebrows like an avatar, which also means he resembles his father Jake the most physically as well as personality wise.
However, even if the movie never mentions this fact directly, sharp-eyed fans might notice Neteyam only has four fingers, making him stand apart from his siblings.
Lo'ak is old enough in Pandora to be a warrior and seems to be about 13 or 14 years old in Avatar: The Way of the Water given the time gap between Avatar and its sequel. It also appears that Neteyam and Lo'ak are close in age, so being a young 14-year-old would make sense.
Kiri's backstory is a little more complicated, as she was gestated in Dr. Grace's avatar. However, it can be surmised that Kiri is around the same age as Lo'ak, making her either 13 or 14 years old. Tuktirey, or Tuk for short, is much harder to guess as there are really no clues given.

Why can Kiri hear Eywa?
She explains that Eywa is so close to her that she can hear Eywa's breath and heartbeat. Compared to her siblings, Kiri adapted much more quickly to the free-diving lifestyle of the Metkayina and experiences little to no trouble staying underwater for long periods of time despite a lack of training.
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
James Cameron has already revealed that Lo'ak will narrate Avatar 3, with each subsequent film having a new narrator. Lo'ak is Jake Sully's oldest living son, with his older brother Neteyam being killed in Avatar: The Way of Water.

In Avatar, the Na'vi are an indigenous species that live on Pandora. They are humanoid in appearance and are 9 to 10 feet (2.7 to 3.0 m) tall, having pairs of eyes, ears, arms, legs and feet like humans, as well as a nose, a mouth, and expressions recognizable to humans.

Paz Socorro is Spider's mom after a romantic relationship with Quaritch led to her getting pregnant. She gave birth to Spider, whose birth name is Miles (just like his father), in 2154. However, Paz Socorro died shortly after that in combat during Avatar's finale.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
