Veekhoven's Meet the Geonosis Jedi estimated that about 170 Jedi of the strike team died on Geonosis, which would put the total number of survivors around 30.
Overall, it is assumed that around 30 Jedi survived the attack, including some who never died on screen and are left missing. This brings the grand total of deaths to around 182, which was a staggering defeat for the Jedi and their largest loss before Order 66.
The survivors were most of the important Jedi (Windu, Yoda, Obi-Wan, Anakin etc.)… this weakened the order severely before the Clone Wars even kicked off!
