Tiffany "Tiff" Valentine (formerly Ray; 1967 – December 1998; later resurrected) is the ex-wife and former partner-in-crime of Chucky and the mother of GiGi, and by extension the two halves of their soul, Glen and Glenda Tilly.
The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos. The film, shot in Romania, continues the series' evolution from the pure horror genre of the first three films to a hybrid horror-comedy.
Eventually, Tiffany decides to give up killing to raise her child, but Chucky refuses. The two settle on a plan to transfer their souls into human bodies, and Glen and Glenda into two separate twins, created by impregnating actress Jennifer Tilly with Chucky's sperm in a weird bit of meta humor.
During this time, Chucky and Tiffany had come up with a plan to transfer their souls into new human bodies to start a new life. They had chosen the actress Jennifer Tilly and director Redman. And for Glen, they impregnated Jennifer with Chucky's semen.
Seed Of Chucky continued the trend to mix a little horror with lots of satire. It features Chucky and Tiffany finding out they had a baby but they're not sure whether it's a boy or girl. It has to figure out its identity.

How did Tiffany give birth?
Now going by "Tiffany Ray", Tiffany plans to transport her soul into the body of Jennifer Tilly (who happens to be playing her in the film). They also plan to impregnate her and put Glen's soul in the baby's body. Their plan is successful, as Jennifer swiftly gives birth to two babies, a boy and a girl.
Additionally, both twins are played by nonbinary actor Lachlan Watson. By making both twins certain they're nonbinary, Glen and Glenda were able to retain personality traits from their past lives without implying those traits are a result of gender confusion.
Inspired by the Ed Wood-directed film Glen or Glenda, Seed of Chucky introduced the twins as split personalities who possessed one doll. Glen was the sweet mama's boy with a heart of gold while Glenda was the daddy's girl with a taste for blood.
Tiffany Valentine loves Charles Lee Ray, aka Chucky, so much that she steals what is left of Chucky after his demise in the previous film from the police, murders the officer she bribed to get the doll parts, and is determined to revive Chucky.
Little did she know, that doll was about to be her new body. Chucky escaped from the playpen and killed Tiffany, transferring her soul into the bride doll she had made. Chucky eventually proposed to her after being impressed by her abilities and creativity as a killer, and it all got weirder when they had sex.
Tiffany loves Chucky despite his abusive nature because: 1. Chucky is very protective of Tiffany. Tiffany said in the Bride that Chucky would kill anyone who harmed her.
